Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, yüksek ve soğuk iklim koşulları altında yaşayan Kars ve civarında yetiştirilen evcil ördeğin (Anas platyrhynchos domesticus) koroner arterlerin seyri, dağılımı ve anastomozlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Kars yöresinde yaşayan evcil ördek kalbinin arteriyel beslenmesini aort'un ilk bölümü olan aorta ascendens'den orijin alan a. coronaria dextra ve a. coronaria sinistra'nın sağladığı tespit edildi. Her iki koroner arterin r. superficialis ve r. profundus olmak üzere iki ana dala ayrıldığı belirlendi. Septum interatriale'yi a. coronaria sinistra'dan orijin alan r. interatrialis'in, septum interventriculare'yi ise a. coronaria sinistra'in r. profundus'u ve r. superficialis'i ile a. coronaria dextra'nın r. profundus'unu beslediği belirlendi. Kars yöresinde yaşayan evcil ördekte en kalın ve en güçlü dalın a. coronaria sinistra'nın ramus superficialis'i olduğu saptandı. A. coronaria dextra'nın r. profundus'u ile a. coronaria sinistra'nın r. superficialis'i arasında çok sayıda anastomozun olduğu belirlendi. Homokoroner anastomozların daha çok ventriculus sinister, interkoroner anastomozların ise septum interventriculare, kalbin atrial yüzü ile apex cordis'i civarında yoğunlaştığı tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak, farklı iki teknik kullanılarak Kars yöresinde yaşayan evcil ördeklerin koroner arterlerinin makroanatomik özellikleri ortaya çıkarıldı.

The aim of this study is uncover of course, distribution and anastomoses of coronary arteries in Domestic Kars Duck (Anas platyrhynchos domesticus) raised at high altitudes and cold climate conditions in Kars Region and arounds. The arterial nutrition of heart in Domestic Kars Duck was found provided by the right and left coronary artery. Both coronary arteries were found to be divided into the superficial ramus and the profund ramus. It was found that interatrial septum was vascularized by interatrial branch. It was observed that interventricular septum was nourished by profund ramus and superficial ramus of the left coronary artery and profund ramus of the right coronary artery of hearth. The superficialis ramus of the left coronary artery was found as the most potent and thick branch in Domestic Kars Duck. Numerous anastomoses were observed between profund ramus of the rigth coronary artery and superficial ramus of the left coronary artery. Homocoronary anastomoses were intensively found on left ventricle and interventricular septum while intercoronary anastomoses were intensively found on apex cordis and atrial surface of hearth. Consequently, macroanatamical features of Domestic Kars duck were revealed by using two different techniques.
