Özet
Üç bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın Birinci bölümünde DYY'lar ile ilgili temel kavramlar üzerinde durulmuş; teorik çerçeve ile DYY'ların iktisadi etkileri ve bu yatırımları etkileyen faktörler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, Orta Asya ülkelerinin genel ekonomik görünümü tanıtılarak, bu ülkelerin iktisadi yapıları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, Orta Asya ülkelerinin dış ticaret yapısı ve DYY'lar değerlendirilmekte ve bu yatırımların ihracata etkisi analiz edilmektedir. Orta Asya ülkelerinde DYY'ın ihracata etkisi, 1995-2017 dönemi için panel veri yöntemiyle test edilmiştir. Analizde öncelikle birim kök testi uygulanarak serilerin durağanlıkları tespit edilmiş ve daha sonra model Driscoll-Kraay tahmincisi ile tahmin edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ampirik bulgularına göre, DYY'nın ihracatı pozitif etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. İhracatı etkileyen ve modelde yer verilen diğer değişkenlerin de ihracatla anlamlı ilişkisi belirlenmiştir.

In the first part of this study, which is composed of three sections, the basic concepts related to FDIs are emphasized and then the theoretical framework and the economic effects of FDI and the factors affecting these investments are discussed. In the second chapter, the general economic outlook of the Central Asian countries was introduced and the economic structures of these countries were examined. In the third chapter, the foreign trade structure and FDI inflows to the Central Asian countries were introduced and the effects of these investments on exports were analyzed. The econometric analysis of the effect of FDI on exports in Central Asian countries was done by the panel data analysis method for the period of 1995-2017. In the analysis, firstly the unit root tests were applied and the stationary was determined. And then the model was estimated with Driscoll-Kraay estimator. According to the empirical findings of the study, it was determined that FDI had a positive effect on exports. In addition, other variables of the model that affect exports were examined, and it was concluded that the variables affected the export positively.
