Özet
Bu çalışmada öğrenci ile ilgili değişkenlerin (puan ortalaması, ilçe, cinsiyet, okula karşı tutum, derse katılım ve öğretmene güven) ve öğretmen ile ilgili değişkenlerin (ilçe, branş, çalışma yılı, mezuniyet durumu, ölçme ve değerlendirme yeterlik algısı) öğrencilerin algıladıkları halo etkisinde fark yaratıp yaratmadığının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Ankara ilinde 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında ortaokul 6. sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilerin algıladıkları halo etkisinde fark yaratan çeşitli değişkenler incelenmiştir. Araştırma, öğrencilerin algıladıkları halo etkisinde fark yaratan değişkenler incelendiği için nedensel karşılaştırma türünde bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırmada toplanan verilerin çözümlenmesi için iki düzeyli (öğrenci düzeyi ve öğretmen düzeyi) hiyerarşik lineer modelleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada öğrencilere araştırmacı tarafından bu çalışma kapsamında geliştirilen Algılanan Halo Etkisi Ölçeği ile birlikte Bilgi Formu, Okula Karşı Tutum Ölçeği, Derse Katılım Ölçeği ve Öğretmene Güven Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Öğretmenlere ise Bilgi Formu ile Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya 75 öğretmen ve 881 öğrenci gönüllü katılım sağlamıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrenci ve öğretmen düzeylerine ilişkin bazı değişkenlerin algılanan halo etkisi üzerinde istatistiksel olarak manidar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Buna göre öğretmenin görev yaptığı ilçe ve mezun olduğu fakülte algılanan halo etkisi üzerinde istatistiksel olarak manidardır. Öğrenci değişkenlerinden; akademik puan ortalaması, okula yönelik tutum ve derse katılım algılanan halo etkisi üzerinde istatistiksel olarak manidardır. Bununla birlikte öğrenci cinsiyeti ile öğretmenin çalıştığı ilçenin etkileşimi manidar bir açıklayıcıdır. Öğrenci ailelerinin gelir düzeyi ile öğretmenin çalıştığı ilçenin etkileşimi de manidar bir açıklayıcıdır.

In this study, it was aimed to determine whether the variables related to the students (grade point averages, district, gender, attitude towards the school, class participation and trust in teachers) and variables related to the teachers (district, branch, year of study, graduation status, perception of the efficacy of measurement& evaluation) make difference or not on the halo effect that students perceived. In the research, various variables were examined which make difference on the perceived halo effect of the secondary school 6'th grade students in Ankara province received education in 2018-2019 education period. Since the variables affecting the students' perceived halo effect is examined, it is a causal comparative study. In this study, two-level (student level and teacher level) hierarchical linear modelling was adopted in order to examine the collected data. In the research, Perceived Halo Effect Scale was carried out with the students which is developed by the researcher within the context of this study in conjunction with the Information Form, Attitude Towards The School Scale, Class Participation Scale and Trust in Teacher Scale. Information Form and Measurement& Evaluation Self-Efficacy Scale were carried out with teachers. 75 teachers and 881 students have participated to the study voluntarily. According to the findings in research; it has been determined that some of the variables regarding the student and teacher levels are statistically meaningful on the perceived halo effect. Hence, the district where the teacher works and the graduated faculty are statistically meaningful on the perceived halo effect. Grade point averages, attitude towards the school and class participation among the student variables; are statistically meaningful on the perceived halo effect. As well as the interaction between the student gender and the district where the teacher works is a meaningful explanatory. And also the interaction between the income level of the students' families and the district where the teacher works is a meaningful explanatory.
