Özet
Bir evliliğin mecburi ve karşılıklı isteğe dayanan aynı zamanda gönüllü nitelikle-rinin orta noktada birleşmesi olayına evlilik uyumu adı verilmektedir. Cinsel doyum ise, kişinin cinsel yaşantısından memnuniyetinin ve aldığı hazzın düzeyi olarak ifade edilmektedir. Araştırmamızın amacı evli çiftlerde evlilik uyumu ile cinsel doyum ara-sındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bununla beraber sosyo-demografik bazı özelliklerin evlilik uyumu ve cinsel doyum ile ilişkili olup olmadığının araştırılması da amaçlan-maktadır. Araştırmamızda Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Çift Uyum Ölçeği ve Arizona Cinsel Ya-şantılar Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerden elde edilen veriler SPSS.21 istatistik prog-ramı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz aşamasında, iki grup arasındaki farkların incelenme-sinde Mann Whitney U Testi ve ikiden fazla grup halinde parametrelerin gruplar arası karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Kruskal Wallis H testinde an-lamlı çıkan bulgular arasındaki farkları incelemek için Mann Whitney U testi yapılmış-tır. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiye ise Spearman Korelasyon Analizi ile bakılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında kişisel bilgi formu ve ölçekleri yanıtlayan çiftlerin 50'si (%50,0) erkek katılımcılardan ve 50'si (%50,0) kadın katılımcılardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmamızdan elde edilen sonuçlarda, çiftlerin cinsel yaşantılar ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar ile çiftlerin memnuniyet /doyum, bağlılık, fikir birliği, duygusal ifade ve çift uyumu ölçeklerinden aldıkları puanlar arasında ters yönlü ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Eşlerinin fiziksel özelliklerini az beğenen bireylerin cinsel yaşantılar ölçeğinden aldık-ları puanların, eşlerinin fiziksel özelliklerini çok beğenen bireylerden anlamlı derecede daha yüksek; memnuniyet/doyum, fikir birliği, bağlılık, duygusal ifade ve çift uyumu ölçeklerinden aldıkları puanlarının ise eşlerinin fiziksel özelliklerini çok beğenen birey-lerden anlamlı derecede düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Ek olarak, cinsel yaşantılardaki başarısızlık çift uyumunu olumsuz etkilemektedir. Eşlerinin fiziksel özelliklerini çok beğenen bireylerin eşlerinin fiziksel özelliklerini az beğenenlere göre cinsel yaşantıları ve çift uyumu daha başarılıdır.

The case that the features of the marriage, which are obligatory, based on mu-tual will and willful, meet in the middle is called marital adjustment. The sexual satis-faction is described as the level of satisfaction and pleasure the individual has in her/his sex life. The aim of our research is to investigate the relationship between marital adjustment and sexual satiety in married couples. However, sociodemograp-hic some features it is also aimed to investigate whether it is related to marital ad-justment and sexual satiety. At our research, Personal Information Form, Couple Adjustment Scale, and Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale were used. The data obtained from the scales were analyzed with the SPSS.21 statistical package program. In the analysis phase, the Mann Whitney U Test was used in examining the differences between two gro-ups and the Kruskal Wallis H test was used in the inter-group comparisons of the parameters in more than two groups.The Mann Whitney U test was conducted to examine the differences between the statistically significant findings found in the Kruskal Wallis H test. The relation between the dependent and independent variables was examined using the 'Spearman Correlation Analysis'. Within the scope of the research, the participants comprised 50 (50,0%) men and 50 (50,0%) women, who filled out the personal information form and answered the scales. Results obtained of our research, it was found that there was a inverse correlation between the scores of the couples in the Sexual Experiences Sca-le and in the pleasure, satisfaction, commitment, consensus, emotional expres-sion, and couple adjustment scales. It was also found that the Sexual Experiences Scale scores of the individuals, who liked the physical characteristics of their spou-ses less, were significantly higher than that of those who liked the physical characte-ristics of their spouses much; where as their scores in the pleasure, satisfaction, commitment, consensus, emotional expression, and couple adjustment scales were significantly lower than that of those who liked the physical characteristics of their spouses much. In addition, the failure in the sex life adversely affects the couple ad-justment. The sex life and couple adjustment of the individuals, who likes the physi-cal characteristics of their spouses much, are more successful than that of those who likes the physical characteristics of their spouses less.
