Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, vokal kord nodülü olan bir müzisyende Doctorvox Ses Terapi Tekniği' nin etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bir deneyim, bir hastaya/müzisyene ait süreci yansıtsa da, özellikle de vokal kord nodülü olan herhangi bir bireyin, bu çalışma bulguları yoluyla hastalık ve tedavi süreçleriyle ilgili ön bir donanım kazanması çalışmanın alt bir amacı olarak düşünülmüştür. Bu amaç ve deneyim sürecini kapsaması itibariyle, çalışma, hasta bir müzisyen olarak bir şan, yani, araştırmacının kendisi olarak tasarlanmıştır. Hasta, Kasım 2018'de vokal kord nodülü tanısı konulduktan sonra, 6 aylık süre boyunca (Kasım 2018 ve Mayıs 2019 arası), ilk zamanlar 4- 5 günde bir, daha sonraki tedavi sürecinde ise haftada ya da iki haftada bir sıklıkla, Medikal Park İzmir Hastanesi'nde doktor İlter DENİZOĞLU gözetiminde Doctorvox Ses Terapi Tekniği'yle tedavi edilmiştir. Veri eldesi adına, her tedavi sürecinin tamamlanmasının akabinde, terapiler hasta tarafından günlükler hâline getirilmiş ve notlar tutmuştur. Ayrıca, bu 6 aylık süreçte, her aya karşılık gelecek şekilde vokal kordlara ait videolarengostroboskopik görüntülerinin yanı sıra ilk terapinin öncesinde ve terapilerin tamamlandığı süreçte olmak üzere, iki adet ses analiz sonucu verileri de çalışmaya eklenmiştir. Günlükler sadece hastaya, videolarengostroboskopik görüntüler ise doktor ve hastaya ait yorumları içermekle beraber, her iki veri metni de özdüşünümsel bir yaklaşımla ele alınarak tema ve kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda, vokal kord nodülü tanısı konulan bir hastada Doctorvox Ses Terapi Tekniği' nin, glottik kapanmayı sağladığı, sesteki düzensizliğini ortadan kaldırdığı, vibrasyon sürecindeki mekanik travmanın her iki ses telinin temas yüzeyine dengeli bir şekilde dağıtıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Vokal kordun tamamen iyileşmesi ile birlikte, müzisyen kimliğine sahip araştırmacının, şarkı sesini tizlerde ve peslerde büyük bir rahatlıkla kullandığı, doğru ve düzenli nefesi kolaylıkla gerçekleştirebildiği de çalışmaya yansımıştır. Özellikle mesleklerinde seslerini profesyonel olarak kullanan her birey için Doctorvox Ses Terapi Tekniği' nin gerekli olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

The main purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of Doctorvox Voice Therapy Technique on a musician who suffers from vocal cord nodule. Even though it reflects an experience and the process of a patient /musician, it is considered as a sub-objective of the study that any individual with a vocal cord nodule gains preliminary knowledge of the disease and treatment processes through these study findings. As it covers this objective and experience process, the study is designed on the basis of a patient singer, ie, the thesis owner. After the diagnosis of vocal cord nodule in November 2018, the patient was first treated every 4- to 5 days for a period of 6 months (between November 2018 and May 2019), and then one in a week or in every two weeks thereafter. She was treated with Doctorvox Voice Therapy Technique in Izmir Medical Park Hospital under the supervision of Doctor Ilter DENIZOGLU. In the name of data acquisition, after the completion of each treatment process, the therapies had been logged by the patient and notes had been taken. Moreover, in addition to the videolaryngostroboscopic images of the vocal cords corresponding to each month in this 6-month period, two voice analysis datas both which were recorded before first therapy and after completing the therapy had been added to the study. While patient diaries includes only the comments of the patient and videolaryngostroboscopic images includes the comments of the doctor, by handling the patient diaries with an self-reflective approach, themes and codes had been created. As a result of this study, in a patient who diagnosed with vocal cord nodule, by observing that Doctorvox Voice Therapy Technique provides glottic closure and eliminates irregularity in the sound, and that mechanical trauma during vibration process has been distributed evenly on the contact surfaces of both vocal cords. With the vocal cord was completely healed, it was reflected in the study that the resarcher who has musician identity was able to use her song sound in treble and low pitches with great ease and easily perform the correct and regular breathing. It has been experienced that Doctorvox Voice Therapy is necessary for every individual especially who use their voices as professional in their profession.
