Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kastamonu ilindeki beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumu ile serbest zaman doyum düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin bazı demografik değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2018-2019 döneminde Kastamonu il ve ilçe müdürlükleri, köy okulları ve özel okullarda görev yapan Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Kastamonu ilindeki MEB'e bağlı devlet okullarında 130, özel okullarda görevli olarak çalışan 5 toplam 135 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Bu beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinden 34'ü kadın, 131'i erkeklerden oluşmaktadır. Toplanan verilerin analizlerinin hesaplanması aşamasında SPSS 22.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, araştırmacının geliştirmiş olduğu“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, Beard ve Ragheb (1980) aracılığı ile geliştirilen, Türkçeye uyarlanmasını ise Gökçe ve Orhan (2011) tarafından yapılan“Serbest Zaman Doyum Ölçeği”ve Ünlü (2011) aracılığı ile geliştirilen“Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Veriler normal dağılım sergilediği için verilerin analizinde parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, t-Testi, ANOVA ve Pearson Korelasyon testleri kullanılarak analiz yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde, cinsiyet değişkenine göre beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi öğretmenliği mesleğine yönelik tutumlarında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p0,05). Yaş ile serbest zaman doyum alt boyutları, serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Meslek yılı ile serbest zaman doyum alt boyutları, serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Spor yılı ile serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Aile gelir düzeyi ile serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Ailedeki çocuk sayısı ile serbest zaman doyum alt boyutları, serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Görev yapılan yer ile serbest zaman doyum alt boyutları, serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Günlük serbest zaman süresi ile serbest zaman doyum toplam puanları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutum ile serbest zaman doyum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin serbest zaman doyum ve mesleğe yönelik tutum düzeylerinin bazı demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterdiği, serbest zaman doyum ile mesleğe yönelik tutum düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the attitude of physical education and sports teachers in Kastamonu province towards physical education teaching profession and free time satisfaction levels according to some demographic variables. The universe of the research consists of Physical Education and sports teachers working in Kastamonu provincial and district directorates, village schools and private schools in the period 2018-2019. The sample of the study consisted of 130 physical education and sports teachers working in public schools and 5 working in private schools in Kastamonu province. Of these physical education and sports teachers, 34 are women and 131 are men. During the calculation of the analyses of the collected data, SPSS 22.0 package program was used. During the research process, the researcher developed by“personal information form”, beard and Ragheb (1980) developed by the Turkish Orhan Gökçe and adaptation (2011) made by“leisure satisfaction scale”and celebrity (2011), developed by“physical education towards teaching profession attitude scale”was used. Since the data show normal distribution, parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data. The analysis of the data was conducted using frequency, percentage, t-test, Anova and Pearson correlation tests. A significant difference was found in the attitudes of physical education teachers towards the physical education teaching profession according to gender variable (p0.05). There was no significant correlation between age and free time satisfaction sub-dimensions, free time satisfaction total scores and attitudes towards the physical education teaching profession (p>0.05). There was no significant relationship between the year of employment and the lower dimensions of free time satisfaction, total scores of free time satisfaction and attitudes towards the teaching profession of physical education (p>0.05). There was no significant correlation between sports year and free time satisfaction total scores and attitudes towards physical education teaching profession (p>0.05). There was no significant correlation between family income level and free time satisfaction total scores and attitudes towards the physical education teaching profession (p>0.05). There was no significant difference between the number of children in the family and the lower dimensions of free time satisfaction, total scores of free time satisfaction and attitudes towards the teaching profession of physical education (p>0.05). There was no significant difference between the location of the assignment and the satisfaction sub-dimensions of the free time, satisfaction total scores of the free time and attitudes towards the teaching profession of physical education (p>0.05). There was no significant correlation between daily free time and free time satisfaction total scores and attitudes towards the physical education teaching profession (p>0.05). There was no significant relationship between attitudes towards physical education and sports teaching profession and free time satisfaction levels (p>0.05). As a result, it was found that the levels of free time satisfaction and attitude towards the profession of physical education and sports teachers differed according to some demographic variables, and there was no significant relationship between free time satisfaction and attitude towards the profession.
