Özet

Bu araştırma, ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin dinleme becerilerine estetik dinleme eğitiminin etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı Karabük ili Yenice ilçesi Ülkü İlkokulu 4. sınıf öğrencilerinden deney grubundan 14, kontrol grubundan 14 olmak üzere toplam 28 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Deney grubundaki öğrencilere estetik dinleme eğitimi, kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere ise geleneksel yönteme (mevcut programa) uygun olarak dinleme eğitimi yaptırılmıştır. Araştırma 8 hafta sürmüştür. Bu sürenin 2 haftası ön test ve son test çalışmalarına, 1 haftası estetik dinleme teorik eğitimine, 5 haftası ise uygulama çalışmalarına ayrılmıştır. Estetik dinleme teorik eğitimi 3 ders saatinde verilmiştir. Uygulama çalışmaları haftada 2 oturum halinde yapılmıştır. Her oturum 3 ders saatinden oluşturulmuştur. Haftada 6 saat olmak üzere toplam 30 saat uygulama yapılmıştır. Araştırmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri elde etmek amacıyla uzman görüşü alınarak hazırlanmış 13' er soruluk ön test ve son test dinleme soruları kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için ise Mann-Whitney U Testi ve Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda: 1. Deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin, estetik dinleme eğitimi verilmeden önceki dinleme becerileriyle, ön test puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı bulunmuştur. 2. Kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin, dinleme becerileri ön test puanlarıyla son test puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı bulunmuştur. 3. Deney grubu öğrencilerinin, dinleme becerileri ön test puanlarıyla, son test puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur. 4. Deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin, dinleme becerileri son test puanları arasında deney gurubu öğrencilerinin lehine anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin dinleme becerileri üzerinde estetik dinleme eğitiminin olumlu yönde etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of aesthetic listening education on the listening skills of 4th grade students. The study group of the research consists of a total of 28 students, 14 from the experimental group and 14 from the control group, from the 4th grade students of the Ülkü Primary School in Yenice district of Karabük province in the 2018-2019 academic year. Aesthetic listening training was given to the students in the experimental group and listening training was given to the students in the control group in accordance with the current program. The study lasted 8 weeks. 2 weeks of this period were devoted to pre-test and post-test studies, 1 week was devoted to aesthetic listening theoretical education and 5 weeks were devoted to practice studies. Theoretical training in aesthetic listening was given in 3 hours. Implementation studies were conducted in 2 sessions per week. Each session consisted of 3 lessons. As 6 hours per week, a total of 30 hours of treatment was performed. In the research, quasi-experimental model with pre-test and post-test control group was used. In order to obtain data, 13 pre-test and post-test questions prepared based on expert opinion listening questions were used. For the analysis of the data, Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were used. In the research, significance level was accepted as 0,05. As a result of the research: 1. It was found that there was no significant difference between the listening skills of the experimental and control group students before the aesthetic listening training and the pre-test scores. 2. There was no found significant difference between pre-test scores and post-test scores of listening skills of the control group students 3. It was found that there was a significant difference between the experimental group students' listening skills pre-test scores and post-test scores. 4. There was a significant difference between experimental and control group students' listening skills post-test scores in favor of experimental group students. As a result of the research, it was concluded that aesthetic listening education had a positive effect on the listening skills of 4th grade students.
