Özet
98 VI. ÖZET S.S.K Ankara Eğitim Hastanesi 1. Dahiliye ve 2. Dahiliye Polikliniğinde, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak 20 hastaya hipertiroidli teşhisi konmuş, bu hastaların tedavi öncesi serum total kolesterol, trigliserit apo A-l, apo A-ll ve apo -B değerleri ile serum lipid elektroforezi fraksiyonlarının yüzde dağılımları, serum total T3, total T4, serbest T4, T-uptake ve TSH düzeyleri saptanmıştır. Hastalara üç ay boyunca propiltiourasil verilmiş ve bu süre sonunda aynı parametreler tayin edilmiştir. Hipertiroidli hasta grubunun tayin edilen yüksek total T3 ve total T4 değerleri, hipertiroidizmi doğrulamaktadır. Tedavi sonrası değerler anlamlı bir şekilde düşmüştür. Tedavi sonrasında TSH değeri normal sınırlarda bulunmuştur.Bu tedavi süresi sonunda hastaların hipertiroidili halden ötiroidili duruma geçtiği anlaşılmaktadır. Tedavi öncesi belirlenen total kolesterol değerleri, tedavi sonrası kolesterol değerine göre anlamlı bir derecede düşmüştür. Keza tedavi öncesi belirlenen trigliserit değerleri, tedavi sonrası değerlerine göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulunmuştur. Tedavi öncesi ve sonrası belirlenen apo A-l değerleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Ancak apo A-ll değerleri tedavi öncesinde tedavi sonrasına göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulunmuştur. Apo B değerleri de tedavi öncesinde tedavi sonrasındaki değerlere göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulunmuştur. Lipid elektroforez fraksiyonlarının yüzde olarak dağılımlarının değerlendirilmesinde, alfa fraksiyonu tedavi öncesinde, tedavi sonrasına göre99 yüksek bulunurken, prebeta ve beta fraksiyonları anlamlı derecede düşük bulunmuştur.

SUMMARY At the lntemal-1 and mternal-2 polylinics of the Ankara Educational Hospital of S.S.K., diagnosis has been made clinically and histopathologically to 20 patients, resulting as hiperthyroidous, and the values of their serum, total cholesterol, triglyseride.apo A-l, apo A-ll, and apo B, together with the percentage distribution of the serum lipid electrophoresis fractions, and the levels of the serum total T3, total T4, free T4, T-uptake and TSH has been fixed or found out, before the medical treatment of the patients. Propyltiourasile has been given to the patients for three months, and the same parameters are determined after that duration. The determined total T3 and T4 values that are considered to be as high of the hyperthyroidous patient group, confirms the presence of hyperthyroidism. The values lowered in a significant manner, after the medical treatment. The TSH values that resulted after the treatment was found out at their normal level. So what is understood or concluded is that the patients turned from their hyperthyroidous state to the euthyroidous position. The total cholesterol values fixed before the treatment were concluded as significantly low, with respect to the after treatment cholesterol values. Also the triglyceride values determined before the treatment were resulted as significantly low, when compared with the after treatment values. There was not a significant difference observed, between the after and before treatment values of the apo A-l. But the A-ll values fixed before the treatment were concluded as significantly low, with respect to the after treatment values. The101 before treatment apo B values too, were resulted as significantly low, when compared with the after treatment values. In evaluating the percentage fraction of the lipid electrophoresis, the alpha fraction of the before treatment was found as high, when compared with the after treatment values, and the fractions of the prebeta and beta were fixed as significantly low.
