Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı Psikodrama Grup Terapisinin Eş Bağımlıların (bağımlı yakınlarının) psikopatolojileri, stresle başa çıkma biçimleri, benlik saygıları, algıladıkları sosyal destek ve eş bağımlılığa etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma kapsamında Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Psikiyatri ABD Bağımlılık polikliniğinde tedavisi devam eden 30 bağımlı yakını ile çalışılmıştır. 15 katılımcı deney grubuna, 15 katılımcı kontrol grubuna random olarak atanmış, deney grubunda bulunan katılımcılara 12 oturum boyunca Psikodrama Grup Terapisi uygulanırken, kontrol grubuna herhangi bir müdahale yapılmamıştır. Tüm katılımcılara 3 ay arayla Eş Bağımlılık Ölçeği (CODA), Psikolojik Belirti Tarama Ölçeği (SCL 90), Stresle Başa Çıkma Ölçeği (COPE) ve Algılanan Çok Boyutlu Sosyal Destek Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca Psikodrama Grup Terapisi'nin etkinliğini değerlendirmek üzere deney grubuna nitel analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak veri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilere SPSS 22 programında Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar ve Mann Whitney U İşaretli Sıralar testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Psikodrama Grup Terapisi alan deney grubunun Eş Bağımlılık toplam puanlarında ve Eş Bağımlılık Ölçeği'nin Kendini Gizleme, Kendini İhmal ve Düşük Benlik Saygısı alt boyutlarında, SCL 90 Ölçeği'nin toplam puan ve tüm alt boyutlarında, Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği'nin toplam puan, Arkadaş Sosyal Destek ve Aile Sosyal Destek alt boyutlarında, kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde fark bulunmuştur. Stresle Başa Çıkma Biçimleri bakımından deney ve kontrol grubu arasında herhangi bir fark bulunmamıştır. Psikodrama Grup Terapis'inin etkinliğine dair yapılan nitel analiz sonucunda 9 temaya ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Psikodrama Grup Terapisi'nin Eş bağımlıların, psikopatoloji semptomlarını azalttığı; benlik saygılarını yükselttiği ve algıladıkları sosyal desteği arttırdığı saptanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of psychodrama group therapy on psychopathologies, coping styles, self-esteem, perceived social support and co-dependency (dependent relatives). Within the scope of the study, 30 dependent relatives of the patients who were treated in the addiction outpatient clinic of Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry were studied. 15 participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 participants to the control group. Co-dependency Scale (CODA), Psychological Symptom Screening Scale (SCL 90), Stress Coping Scale (COPE) and Perceived Multidimensional Social Support Scale were administered to all participants at 3-month intervals. In addition, qualitative analysis methods were used to collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of Psychodrama Group Therapy. The obtained data were analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks and Mann Whitney U Signed Ranks tests in SPSS 22 program. the total score of the perceived social support scale, As a result of the study; the total score of the SCL 90 Scale and SCL 90 Scale's all sub-dimensions, the total scores of the Co-Dependency Scale and the Co-Dependency Scale's Self-Hiding, Self-Neglect and Low Self-Esteem sub-dimentions, the total score of the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Perceived Social Support Scale's Friend Social Support, Family Social Support sub-dimensions of the experimental group receiving Psychodrama Group Therapy, significant difference was found compared to the control group. No difference was found between the experimental and control groups in terms of coping with stress. As a result of the qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of Psychodrama Group Therapy, 9 themes were reached. In summary, Psychodrama Group Therapy reduces psychopathologic symptoms of co-dependents; increases their self-esteem and the social support they perceived
