Özet
Fetret Ehlinin İlahi Adaleti Açısından Durumunun izahını yaptığımız tezimizde İslâm tarihinin ilk dönemlerinden beri tartışılmış olan Fetret Ehli'nin durumunu inceledik. Bu görüş ve tartışmalarla ilgili ilk örneklerin h. II. yy.'ın başlarına kadar tarihlemek mümkündür. Nitekim Ebu Hanife'nin fetret ehlinin durumuyla ilgili“davetin kendisine ulaşamadığı kimse, fıkhi anlamda sorumlu değildir. İtikadî anlamda da akıllı olması ölçüsünde sorumludur.”görüşü bunların en meşhurlarındandır. Sonrasında İmam Maturidî de benzer bir yaklaşım sergilemiştir. Mutezilenin bu konudaki tutumunu adalet esasları dâhilinde“insan için en iyisini yapmanın Allah için vacip olduğu”fikirleri etkilemiştir. İmam Gazali konuyu sistematik bir tarzda toparlamış ve izahları yerli yerine oturmuştur. Giriş ve iki bölümden oluşturduğumuz tezimizi birinci bölümünde Fetret ve adalet kavramlarının adalet ile ilişkili diğer bazı kavramların izahını yaptık. İkinci bölümde fetret ehlinin ve ilahî adalet kavramlarının özel kullanımları, itikadî mezheplerin fetret ehlinin durumu ve ilahî adalet hakkındaki görüşleri, fetret ehli açısından bazı kavramların izahı ve fetret ehli olarak dünyaya gelmenin Allah'ın adaleti açısından izahı, fetret ehli açısından inanç esasları gibi konular üzerinde durduk.

In our thesis which explains the status of the people of Fetret in terms of the Divine, we examined the situation of Fetret Ehli, which has been discussed since the early periods of Islamic history. The first examples of these views and discussions h. II. It is possible to date until the beginning of the century. As a matter of fact, no one in the sense of jurisprudence is responsible for the situation of Abu Hanifa's fetret. He is responsible to the extent that he is intelligent in terms of his allegation. Imam Maturidî then took a similar approach. The attitude of the Mutezili on this issue was influenced by the ideas that yap doing the best for man is wajib for Allah inde within the framework of justice. Imam Ghazali collected the issue in a systematic manner and his explanations settled in place. In the first part of our thesis, which consists of an introduction and two chapters, we have explained the concept of Justice, Divine Justice and other related concepts. In the second chapter, we explained the concept of fetret, the status of the fetret people and some other concepts related to the concept of fetret. In the third chapter, the main subject of our thesis is the explanation of the birth of the Fetret People in terms of Allah's justice, the principles of faith in the terms of the people of the fetret, the conclusion and the bibliography.
