Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmada obsesif kompulsif bozukluk ile öznel iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkide duygusal tepkiselliğin aracı rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Bu araştırmada çoklu metod araştırma yaklaşımına dayalı olarak betimsel ve ilişkisel tarama desenleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın hedef evreni 2017-2018 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Erzurum şehir merkezinde devlet okullarında öğrenim görmekte olan lise öğrencileridir ve araştırma örneklemi bu evrenden küme örnekleme, büyüklüğe oranlı örnekleme ve uygun örnekleme yöntemleri kullanılarak % 95 güven aralığında ulaşılan 628 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplam sürecinde kişisel bilgi formu, Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk Ölçeği, Duygusal Tepkisellik Ölçeği ve Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Veri analiz sürecinde kayıp veri analizi, homojenlik ve normallik analizleri ile veri uygunluğu incelenmiş araştırma soruları için ise Bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek faktörlü Varyans analizi Kruscal Wallis H testi, korelasyon analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmanın betimsel boyutunda lise öğrencilerinde OKB belirtilerinin cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılaşma gösterdiği buna karşın barınma durumuna göre anlamlı farklılaşma göstermediği bulunmuştur. İlişkisel tarama boyutunda ise OKB'nin öznel iyi oluş ve duygusal tepkiselliği anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı ve duygusal tepkiselliğin OKB ile öznel iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkiye tam aracılık ettiği bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenlerinin lise öğrencilerinde OKB belirtilerini etkileyen birer değişken olduğunu ve OKB'nin öznel iyi oluş üzerinde negatif etkisinin olduğunu ve duygusal tepkiselliğin bu etkiyi şekillendiren önemli bir etmen olduğunu göstermektedir. Dolayısıyla önleyici ve rehabilite etmeye yönelik çalışmalarda bu bulguların göz önünde bulundurulmasının yararlı olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the mediating role of emotional responsiveness in the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and subjective well-being. Method: In this research, descriptive and correlational survey patterns, based on multiple research approach were used. The target population of this study is the high school students who have studied in public schools in 2017-2018 academic years in Erzurum province and the sample of the study consist of 628 students who have been reached with a 95% confidence internal by using cluster sampling, proportional sampling and appropriate sampling methods. Personal information protocol, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale, Emotional Reactivity Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale were applied during the data collection process. In the process of data analysis, independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal Wallis H test, correlation analysis and structural equality model were used for the questions whose fit indices were examined through missing data analysis and homogeneity and normality analyses. Findings: In descriptive dimension of the study, it has been found that OCD symptoms differentiate significantly in high school students according to gender and age variables. However; it has been found that there is no significant difference according to shelter status. In correlational survey dimension, it has been determined that OCD significantly predicts subjective well-being and emotional responsiveness and emotional responsiveness mediates the relationship between OCD and subjective well-being. Result: The findings of the study show that gender and age variables are variables that affect OCD symptoms in high school students and OCD has a negative effect on subjective well-being and emotional responsiveness is an important factor forming this effect. Therefore, it is evaluated that these findings should be considered in preventive and rehabilitative studies.
