Özet
XVI. yüzyıl Osmanlı coğrafyasında yaşamış, mensur ve manzum olmak üzere telif, tercüme birçok esere imza atmış Gelibolulu Muslihuddin Sürûrî, Kanuni Sultan Süleyman'ın büyük oğlu Şehzade Mustafa'nın hocalığını yapmış, onun edebiyat ve dinî ilimleri öğrenmesi için çalışmış ve şehzadeye ithaf ettiği birçok eser kaleme almıştır. Genellikle dinî eserler veren Sürûrî, Seyyid Ali bin Şihabüddin el-Hemedânî'nin Farsça kaleme aldığı Zahîretü'l-Mülûk adlı dinî ahlak kitabı mahiyetindeki mensur eserini de tercüme ederek şehzadeye sunmuştur. Zahîretü'l-Mülûk adlı eser, İslamın gerekleri ve nasıl yaşanması gerektiğine dair ayet, diğer kutsal kitaplar, hadis, peygamber, halife ve evliya kıssalarından örnekler içeren bir ahlak kitabı mahiyetindedir. İçerik olarak sadece dinî öğretiler ve ibadet hükümleri değil aynı zamanda sosyal ve siyasî hayatı da şekillendiren öğretilere yer vermesi bakımından pek çok kaynakta ahlak ve siyasetname türünde bir eser olarak da kayda geçmiştir. Eserde konular bölümlere ayrılarak anlatılmıştır. İmanın hükümleri, kulluk haklarının yerine getirilmesi, devlet büyüklerinin güzel ahlaka sahip olması gerektiği; anne-baba, karı-koca, evlat, akraba, arkadaş hakları; saltanat, vilayet ve devlet ahkâmı, halkın hakları, adalet ve ihsan, insanın diğer canlılar arasındaki yeri ve önemi, iyiliği emretmek ve kötülüğü lanetlemek, nimetlere şükretmek, belalar ve musibetler karşısında sabır göstermek, gazap ve kibirden uzak durmak olarak on bölüme ayrılmıştır. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde klasik Türk edebiyatında ahlak ve siyaset konularındaki telif ve tercüme eserler hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve bu bilgilerden hareketle Terceme-i Zahîretü'l-Mülûk'un klasik Türk edebiyatındaki yeri üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci Bölüm'de kaynaklardan edinilen bilgilerden hareketle eserin müellifi Hemedânî ve mütercimi Sürûrî'nin hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserlerinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölüm eserin inceleme kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde eserin incelemesi; mensur ve manzum kısımların dil ve üslup özellikleri, konusu, bölümleri ve muhteva özellikleri olarak üç alt başlıkta ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise nüsha tavsifleri ve metnin hazırlanmasında izlenilen yoldan bahsedilmiş ve metin kısmında üzerinde çalışılan üç nüshanın farklılıkları da belirtilerek metnin çeviriyazısı verilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında metinle ilgili elde edilen bilgiler sunulmuştur. Kaynakça'da metnin okunması ve incelenmesinde yararlanılan kaynaklar, Dizin bölümünde çeviriyazılı metindeki özel adlar verilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

Muslihuddin Sururi from Gelibolu, who signed many works including royalty, translation, prose and verse in 16th century Ottoman Islamic geography, dedicated himself in order to teach the literature and the religion science, and wrote many works dedicated to Prince Mustafa who was the biggest son of Kanuni Suleyman and worked as the teacher of Prince Mustafa. Sururi, who usually produces religious works, translated the prose of Zahîretü'l-Mülûk, which was written by Seyyid Ali bin Sihabuddin el Hemedani in Persian and hadiths presented it to the Prince. The book which was entitled as Zahîretü'l-Mülûk is a kind of religious book which defines the requirements of Islam and how to live of Islam religion with verses, other holy books, hadithes, prophet, caliph and saints stories. The book has been recorded not only as religious teachings and worship provisions but also as a work of politicization in many sources in order to include the teachings that shape social and political life. The topics in the book were divided into sections. The book is divided into ten parts as the provisions of faith, the fulfillment of the rights of worship, the state elders must have good morals; parent, husband and wife, son, relatives, friend rights; sultanate, province and state, the rights of the people, justice and alms, the position and importance of man in the creatures, to command the good and to condemn the evil, to thank the blessings, to show patience in the face of plagues and disasters, to stay away from wrath and arrogance are divided into ten parts. This study includes one introduction section and three chapters. In the introduction section, information is given about copyright and translated works about ethics in classical Turkish literature. In the first chapter, based on the information obtained from the sources, the life, literary personality and works of the author Hemedanî and translator Sürûrî are mentioned. The second part is the examination part of the work. In this section, the external structure examination of the work is examined in two aspects as the subject and sections of the language and stylistic features of the prose and verse sections, the examination of the internal structure. In the third chapter, the copies of the text and the method followed in the preparation of the text are mentioned and the translation of the text is given by indicating the differences of the three copies in the text section. In the conslusion, the information about the text is presented. The study is finalized with the references used in reading and examining the text in the Bibliography and with giving special names in the translated text in Index.
