Özet
ÖZET Eğitim Sisteminin finansmanı, eğitimin tüm boyutlarını etkileyen ve diğer çalışma alanlarıyla iç içe olan bir çabadır. Bu nedenle eğitimin finansmanı, eğitim sektörünün mevcut sorunlarının temel nedenlerinden birisi olduğu gibi, öngörülen hedeflerin gerçekleşme olanaklarını da sınırlayan bir faktördür. Bu bağlamda“ Eğitim Sisteminin Finansmanı ”konusuna Mikro ve Makro ölçekte yaklaşılmıştır. Bu konu üç başlık altında, Cumlıuriyetin ilam ve özellikle kalkınma planları dönemleri itibarı ile ele alınarak, eğitime yapılan toplam yatıranlar ve bu yatırımların getirilen, diğer ülkeler ile kıyaslanarak ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT Financing of education system is an effort that affects the all dimensions of edu cation and being within the other areas of studies. Because of this, the financing of education is a factor that both forms one of the basic reasons of the existing problems of the education sector and limits the realization of proposed targets. So the subject of financing of education system has been approached at the basis of micro and macro scales. This subject has being examined during the declaration of republic and especially developing plans periods,about total investments in education and the returns of these investments,and has being compared with other countries.
