Özet
Karl Jaspers, varoluşçu felsefenin önemli teist filozoflarından birisidir. Yaşadığı dönemlerde insan ve toplum yaşamındaki büyük dönüşümler ve kırılmalar, onu, aşkınlık merkezli bir yaşamın imkanını araştıran felsefi arayışlara itmiştir. Öte yandan, Aydınlanmadan günümüze inanç sorunsalı, özellikle on dokuzuncu yüzyıldan itibaren önemini arttırarak devam edegelmiştir. Modern hayatla birlikte insana ait mevcut tüm değer ve ölçülerde bir değişim ve dönüşüm meydana gelmiştir ve bu halen devam etmektedir. Özellikle Batı'da, Aşkınlığın hakim olduğu geleneksel düşünüş ve yaşantı dünyasının yerini, inanmayı zorlaştıran İçkinlikçi bir düşünce biçimi ve yaşam kültürü almıştır. Bu ortam içerisinde Jaspers'in, somut özne temelinde felsefe yapmasıyla ve artık rağbetten düşmüş varlık sorununu tekrar gündeme getirmesiyle öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Çünkü varlık ve bilgi sorununu çözüme kavuşturmadan ne Aşkınlık, ne de ona yönelecek varoluş mümkün olabilmektedir. O halde mevcut varlık ve bilgi anlayışları eleştiriye tabi tutulmadan, insan açısından sağlıklı bir inanç ve düşünce dünyası kurulamayacaktır. Bu kapsamda, çalışmamız öncelikli olarak Karl Jaspers'in felsefesinin ana dayanaklarını, onun temel kavramı olan Kuşatan kavramı altında inceleyerek, daha sonra onun Felsefi İnanç tezini açıklama ve Aşkınlığa dönük varoluşun imkanlarını ana hatlarıyla serimleme çabasındadır. Sonuç bölümünde ise günümüzdeki hakim içkinlikçi düşünce yapısına karşı, Jaspers'in felsefesinin imkanları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Karl Jaspers is one of the important theist philosophers of existentialist philosophy. The great transformations and breaks in human and social life during his lifetime have led him to philosophical searches for the possibility of a transcendental centric life. On the other hand, the problematic of belief from Enlightenment to the present has continued by increasing its importance, especially since the nineteenth century. With modern life, there has been a change and transformation in all existing values and measures of human beings, and this is still going on. Especially in the West, the traditional world of thought and life dominated by transcendence has been replaced by an immanentist way of thinking and a culture of life that makes it hard to have a belief. In this environment, it is seen that Jaspers came to the forefront by philosophizing on the basis of concrete subject and bringing the unpopular problem of existence back to the agenda. Because without resolving the problem of existence and information, neither transcendence nor existence directed to it can be possible. Therefore, a healthy world of belief and thought cannot be established without criticism of existing beings and knowledge. In this context, our study primarily tries to explain the main pillars of Karl Jaspers' philosophy under the concept of“encompassing”, and then to outline his philosophical belief thesis and reveal the potential of transcendent existence. In the conclusion part, the possibilities of Jaspers' philosophy are tried to be revealed against today's dominant immanentist mentality.
