Özet
21. yüzyılda bilişim teknolojisinin getirmiş olduğu yenilikler, ofis kavramının da gelişerek çağa ayak uydurmasına neden olmuştur. Bu durum ofisin mekansal işleyiş ve organizasyonunda değişiklikler meydana getirmiştir. Günümüz koşullarında çalışanların günlük yaşamının ortalama sekiz saatini geçirdiği ve içinde çeşitli eylemlerini gerçekleştirdiği ofis mekânlarında,kullanıcıların gereksinimlerinin en iyi şekilde sağlanması oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada bölme sistemleri ile bölünmüş açık planlı ofislerde çalışanların mekana dair memnuniyet düzeylerini etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Memnuniyet düzeyi ise bölme sistemlerinin işlevsel ve görsel özellikleri üzerinden sorgulanmıştır. Bu kapsamda 100 ofis çalışanı ile yürütülen anket çalışması ile ofis sistemlerinin işlevsel özelliklerinden; olan ses yalıtma özelliği, görsel ve işitsel mahremiyeti sağlaması, hareketi/dolaşımı düzenlemesi ile görsel özelliklerinden;renk ve dokusu ile ilgili memnuniyet düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Çalışanların sosyo-ekonomik, demografik özellikleri ile bölme sistemlerinin işlevsel ve görsel özelliklerinden memnuniyeti arasındaki ilişki sorgulanmıştır. Anket yanıtları SPSS kullanılarak istatistiksel değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Yanıtların güvenilirlik analizi, standart sapma değeri, frekans değeri, ki-kare bağımsızlığı test edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, ofis bölme sistemlerinin işlevsel ve görsel özellikleri ile çalışanların memnuniyet düzeyi arasında yüksek bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.Tek açıklıklı geniş ofis mekanlarında bölme sistemlerinin kullanımının iç mekan organizasyonunu kolaylaştırdığı,ses ve görüntü kontrolüne olumlu katkı sunduğu saptanmıştır.

Innovations brought about by 21st century information technology have caused the concept of office to develop and keep up with the era. This has led to changes in the spatial operation and organization of the office. In today's environment, it is very important that the requirements of the users are best provided in the office spaces where employees spend an average of eight hours of daily life and perform various actions within them. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the employees in open plan offices divided by partition systems. Satisfaction level was questioned through the functional and visual characteristics of the partition systems. Within the scope of this study, the questionnaire study conducted with 100 office workers and the functional characteristics of office systems; sound isolation, visual and auditory confidentiality, movement / movement regulation and visual characteristics, satisfaction with color and texture were investigated. In addition, the relationship between the socio-economic and demographic characteristics of the employees and the satisfaction of functional and visual characteristics of the partition systems was questioned. The questionnaire responses were statistically evaluated using SPSS. Reliability analysis of responses, standard deviation value, frequency value, chi-square independence were tested. As a result, it has been determined that there is a high correlation between the functional and visual characteristics of office partition systems and the satisfaction level of employees. It has been determined that the use of partitioning systems in single-span large office spaces facilitates the indoor organization of the office and contributes positively to the sound and image control.
