Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Ortaokul öğretmenlerinin ve öğrencilerinin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumlarını belirlemek için tutum ölçeği geliştirmek ve ortaokul öğretmen ve öğrencilerinin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumlarını belirlemektir. Araştırmada ortaokul öğretmenlerinin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumları ile cinsiyet, hizmet yılı ve branşı arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Ortaokul öğrencilerinin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumları ile cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Ortaokul öğretmen ve öğrencileri için, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Organ Nakli ve Bağışı Tutum Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerle yapılan çalışmada, Manisa ili Akhisar ilçesinde 2017 - 2018 Eğitim - Öğretim yılında bir devlet ortaokulunda, öğrenim gören 260 7. sınıf öğrencisi ile pilot uygulama, 5 ve 8. sınıfta öğrenim gören 516 öğrenci ile ana uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerle yapılan çalışmada, Akhisar ilçesinde görev yapan 400 öğretmen ile pilot uygulama ve 267 öğretmen ile ana uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılmış olup, tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen Organ Nakli ve Bağışı Tutum Ölçeğinin pilot uygulaması 400 öğretmene, Öğrenci Organ Nakli ve Bağışı Tutum Ölçeğinin pilot uygulaması 260 ortaokul öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; 30 maddeye indirgenen öğretmenlere ait ölçek formunun son hali 267 ortaokul branş öğretmenine, 24 maddeye indirgenen öğrencilere ait ölçek formunun son hali 516 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Veri analizinde SPSS 17.00 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın ölçek geliştirme aşamasında veriler üzerinde Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) yapılmıştır. Tutum ölçekleri ile elde edilen verilerin analizi ise non-parametrik analiz tekniklerinden Kruskal- Wallis ve Mann-Whitney U testleri, parametrik analiz tekniklerinden t testi kullanılmıştır. Tutum ölçekleri üzerinde yapılan analizler sonucunda öğretmen tutum ölçeğinin Cronbach Alfa güvenilirlik kat sayısı 0.899, öğrenci tutum ölçeğinin Cronbach Alfa güvenilirlik kat sayısı 0.804 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumları ölçmeye yönelik; öğretmenler için, 30 maddeden oluşan 7 faktörlü ve öğrenciler için 24 maddeden oluşan 5 faktörlü geçerli ve güvenilir tutum ölçekleri geliştirilmiştir. Ölçekten elde edilen diğer bir sonuç ise, öğretmenlerde cinsiyet, branş ve hizmet yılı gibi faktörlerin öğretmenlerin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumlarına etki etmediği, öğrencilerde ise cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyinin organ nakli ve bağışı konusundaki tutumlarına etki ettiği belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of secondary school teachers and students about organ transplantation and donation and to develop an attitude scale on this subject. In the research, the relationship between middle school teachers' attitudes towards organ transplantation and donation; gender, years of service and branch was investigated. The relationship between middle school students' attitudes towards organ transplantation and donation; gender and grade level was investigated. In the study, "Organ Transplant and Donation Attitude Scale'' that was developed by the researcher was used for data collection tool for secondary school teachers and students. In the study conducted with students, a pilot application was carried out with 260 7th grade students studying in a public secondary school in the 2017-2018 Academic Year in Akhisar district of Manisa, and the main practice with 516 students studying in the 5th and 8th grades. In the study carried out with teachers, 400 teachers working in Akhisar district were piloted and main applications were made with 267 teachers. In this study, quantitative research methods have been used and survey method has been used. Pilot application of Teacher Transplant and Donation Attitude Scale was applied to 400 teachers and pilot application of Student Transplant and Donation Attitude Scale was applied to 260 secondary school students. As a result of the analysis; the final version of the scale form of the teachers reduced to 30 items was applied to 267 secondary school branch teachers and the final version of the scale form of the students reduced to 24 items was applied to 516 students. SPSS 17.00 package program was used for data analysis. In the scale development stage of the study, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was performed on the data. Analysis of the data obtained with attitude scales, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests, which are among the non-parametric analysis techniques, were used. One of the parametric analysis techniques, t test was used.As a result of the analyzes conducted on the attitude scales, the Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the teacher attitude scale was found as 0.899 and the Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the student attitude scale was 0.804. As a result of measuring attitudes about organ transplantation and donation; For teachers, valid and reliable attitude scales with 7 factors consisting of 30 items; for students 5 factors with 24 items were developed. Another result obtained from the scale was defined that the factors such as gender, branch and year of service did not affect teachers' attitudes towards organ transplantation and donation, but students' gender and grade level affected their attitudes towards organ transplantation and donation.
