Özet
Ill ÖZET Bu araştırmada, birleştirilmiş sınıflarda Sosyal Bilgiler ders programı amaçlarının gerçekleşme düzeyi tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada, betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçme araçları, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında öğretmenler için Anket Formu ve öğrenciler için de Test Formu kullanılmıştır. Öğret men ve öğrencilere ilişkin toplanan verilerin çözümlenmesinde yüzdeler, aritmetik ortalamalar, standart sapmalar ve t-testi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonunda; Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin tüm amaçlarını, öğretmenler % 69.5 oranında gerçekleştirdiklerini belirtirken, öğrencilerde aynı amaçlara ulaşılma düzeyi % 64.6'dır. Araştırmaya katılan gruplar arasında, Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin amaçlarını ger çekleştirmede uç değerler açısından ulaşılan sonuç; öğretmenler Ekonomik grubu amaçlarını % 74.8 oranıyla en yüksek düzeyde gerçekleştirirken, Çevre grubu amaçlarını % 59 oranıyla en düşük düzeyde gerçekleştirdikleri; öğrencilerde ise Toplumsal grubu amaçlarına % 71 oranıyla en yüksek düzeyde ulaşılırken, Çevre grubu amaçlarına % 52.6 oranıyla en düşük düzeyde ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmen ve öğrenci grupları arasında, Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin Vatandaşlık grubu ve Ekonomik grubu amaçlarını gerçekleştirmede anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüş tür. Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin dört grupta toplanan amaçlarını gerçekleştirme ve ulaşma düzeyleri bakımından öğretmenlerde ve öğrencilerde cinsiyetlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Öğrenim durumlarına göre; Toplumsal grubu ve Ekonomik grubu amaçlarını gerçekleştirmede ön lisans çıkışlı öğretmenler ile lisans çıkışlı sınıf öğretmenleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. ' Kıdem durumlarına göre; Toplumsal grubu ve Ekonomik grubu amaçlarını gerçekleştirmede 12 yıl ve altında hizmeti olan öğretmenler ile 13 yıl ve üstünde hizmeti olan sınıf öğretmenler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin hizmet yıllan arttıkça Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin amaçlarını gerçekleştirme düzeyleri de artmaktadır.

IV SUMMARY In this study, the achievement level of the targets of the social studies curricu lum in the joint classes was determined. In this research, descriptive approach was used. The instruments for measuring in this research was developed by researcher. In the data gathering process, survey form for teachers and test form for students were used. Percents, arithmetic means, standard deviations and t-test were used in analysing of data gathered which is closed for teachers and students. At the end of this study; it was determined that the targets of social studies, lesson was achieved by the teachers at points 69.5 and students' achievement in reaching the same targets is points 64.6. In the process of achieving the targets of social studies lessons within the groups participated in this study, some extreme results come up. These are; while teachers participated in the survey, was showed the highest mark points 74.8, on the targets of economic group some teacher show the lowest mark, points 59 on the tar gets of environment group. In terms of students, some extreme results are came up; while students marked the highest points 71 on the targets of society group, some students gave the lowest points 52.6 on the targets of environment group. A significant differences between the groups of students and teachers was de termined in terms of achievement level of the targets of citizenship group and eco nomic group of social studies. A significant relationship was not found out between teachers and students according to their gender on the achievement levels and reaching levels of four group targets of the lesson of social studies. According to learning situation: a significant differences was determined be tween lisans teachers and pre-lisans teachers about the achievement level of the tar gets on society group and economic group. According to experiences: there was a significant relationship between teach ers experienced under the 12 years and the teachers up the 13 years on citizenship group and environment group of social studies. Achievement of the targets in social studies is parallel to the experience of the teachers.
