Özet
Son yıllarda KOSGEB'in verdiği eğitimlerin ve desteklerin de etkisiyle pek çok girişimci işyeri açmış ve KOSGEB'in girişimciliğe yönelik desteklerinden yararlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada girişimcilerin; iş kurma, işlerini yürütme ve KOSGEB Desteklerinden faydalanma konusunda yaşamış olduğu problemler değerlendirilmiş olup, bu amaçla Aydın ilinde KOSGEB Desteği ile işini açan girişimcilere ve KOSGEB Aydın Müdürlüğü personeline SWARA yöntemini esas alan bir anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü bölümlerinde sırasıyla; girişimcilik kavramı, girişimcilerin karşılaşabileceği problemler, KOSGEB ve girişimciliğe yönelik KOSGEB Destekleri ve çalışmada kullanılan SWARA yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm olan uygulama bölümünde yapılan çalışmaya ait bulgular paylaşılmıştır. Tartışma ve sonuç kısmında ise durum tespiti yapılmış ve çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Hem girişimciler hem de KOSGEB Aydın Müdürlüğü personelinin verdiği yanıtlar dikkate alındığı zaman; girişimcilerin işlerini kurma ve yürütme konusunda karşılaşabileceği problemler içerisinde, makro ve uluslararası çevre kaynaklı problemlerin en önemli problem grubu olarak değerlendirildiği; bu problem grubu içindeki, ekonomik çevre kaynaklı problemlerin, tüm problemler içerisinde en üst sırada yer aldığı görülmektedir. Girişimcilerin KOSGEB Desteklerinden yararlanırken karşılaşabileceği problemler içerisinde, başvuru aşaması ile ilgili problemlerin girişimciler tarafından; destek şartlarını sağlama ve devam ettirme ile ilgili problemlerin de KOSGEB Aydın Müdürlüğü personeli tarafından en önemli problemler olarak değerlendirildiği tespit edilmiştir.

In recent years, thanks to the education and supports provided by KOSGEB, many entrepreneurs have opened businesses and benefited from KOSGEB's supports for entrepreneurship. In this study, the problems those are experienced by entrepreneurs while establishing and running businesses and benefiting from KOSGEB Supports, were evaluated. For this purpose, a survey study based on SWARA method was applied to the entrepreneurs those opened their businesses with KOSGEB supports and to the KOSGEB Aydin Directorate personnel, in the province of Aydin. In the first, second and third parts of the study, respectively; Information was given about the concept of entrepreneurship, problems experienced by entrepreneurs, KOSGEB and KOSGEB supports for entrepreneurship and the SWARA method used in this study. In the fourth section the findings of the study were shared. In the discussion and conclusion part, current situation about the case was expressed and solution suggestions were brought. When the responses are taken into consideration; responses given by both the entrepreneurs and the KOSGEB Aydin Directorate personnel about the problems entrepreneurs may experience in establishing and running businesses, macro and international environmental problems are considered as the most important problem group; It is seen that the problems arising from the economic environment from this problem group are at the top of all problems. Among the problems those entrepreneurs may experience while benefiting from KOSGEB Supports, the problems related to the application phase were evaluated as the most important problems by entrepreneurs; while the problems related to ensuring and maintaining the support conditions were evaluated as the most important problems by KOSGEB Aydin Directorate personnel.
