Özet
ÖZET Çalışmada imalat endüstrisi işletmelerinde maliyet a- » zaltrna çalışmalarının sistemli ve etkin bir biçimde nasıl gerçekleştirileceği ve gerçekleşen imalat maliyetleri azal tmamın nasıl kontrol edilmesi gerektiği amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda çalışma altı bölümden oluştu rularak, birinci ve ikinci bölümde maliyet ve maliyet azal tırca konusunda genel açıklamalarda bulunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, maliyet azaltımının etkin bir biçimde gerçekleştirilmesinin temel koşullarından birisi olan, ma liyet kontrolünün standart maliyetler aracılımı ile ve özel likle direkt (demişken) standart maliyetleme yöntemi ile ya pılması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde, sistemli ve etkin bir biçimde mali yetlerin azaltımının gerçekleştirilebilmesi için penel ola rak Maliyet Azaltma Programı (MAP) geliştirilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, MAP'na ııygun olarak, imalat maliyet lerinin ne şekilde azaltılması gerektiği, literatürde bulu nan altıyüz maliyet azaltma yöntem ve tekniğinden sadece birkaçı kullanılarak açıklanmıştır. Altıncı bölümde, Çayırova Cam Sanayii A.Ş.'nde sistem li maliyet azaltma çalışmalarının ne şekilde olduğu ortaya konmuş ve teori ile karşılaştırılarak, bu isletme için ba zı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study, is how to realize cost re duction systematically and efficiently m manufacturing enterprises, and how to control the reduction 'of manufac turing Costs in these enterprises. İn the direction of these purposes, the study have been consisted of six chapters. İn the first and second chapter, general explanation have been given about cost and cost reduction. In chapter three, it has been put forward that to rea lize the cost reduction efficiently, the control of costs must be done by the help of standart costs and especially direct standart costing method. In chapter four, a cost reduction prorram(CRP) has developed as general in order to realize, cost reduction systernaticly and efficiently. In chapter five, how to reduce manufacturing costs have been explained by using several of six hundred cost reduction methods and techniques in the literature. In chapter six, an application has been made in Ça- yirova Glass Manufacturing Corporation in order ta see the systematical cost redııction that applied in industry. "By the way of comparing the theorical basis and application, some suggestions have been put forward for this corpora tion.
