Özet
Hanbelîlik, Mihne sürecinin sona ermesiyle beraber İslam düşünce tarihinde yerini alan bir mezheptir. Ebû Bekir el-Hallâl, hicrî III/IX. yy.'ın sonuyla IV/X. yy.'ın başlarında yaşamış, Hanbelî mezhebi için önemli bir âlimdir. Merrûzî'nin talebesi olan Ebû Bekir el-Hallâl, mezhebin ilmî temelini oluşturan ve mezhebi sistemleştiren âlimlerden birisidir. Hallâl, mezhebin kurumsallaşması aşamasında yetiştirdiği talebelerin yanı sıra ortaya koyduğu eserlerle, mezhebin itikâdî alt yapısının oluşmasında ciddi bir katkı sağlamıştır. İşte bizim çalışma konumuzu teşkil eden Kitâbu's-Sünne, Hallâl'ın kaleme aldığı eserleri arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Eser içerisinde Ehlü'l-Hadis mensuplarının, muhaliflerine karşı sert davranışları dikkat çekmektedir. Eserin muhtevasında, Ehlü'l-Hadis'e muhalifi mezhepler ayrı başlıklarda ele alınmaktadır. Özellikle Mürcie, Mu'tezile, Cehmiyye, Ravâfız, Haricîlik mezhepleri söz konusu eleştirilerin en başta gelen muhatablarıdır. Ayrıca Ca'd b. Dirhem, Cehm b. Safvân, Ebû Hanîfe ve Kerâbîsî gibi mezhepler tarihi sahnesinin bilinen şahsiyetlerinin de yapılan sert eleştirilerden paylarına düşeni aldıkları görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada söz konusu meseleler, İslam mezhepleri tarihinin kendine özgü metoduyla incelenecektir. Hallâl'ın muhalif tavrına değinilecek, ele aldığı mezhepler ve şahıslar hakkındaki görüşleri objektif bir bakış açısıyla ortaya konulacaktır.

Hanbalism is a sect that took its place in the history of Islamic thought with the end of the Mihna process. Abu Bakr al-Khallal who lived in the late of (a.e) 2nd and early 3th century. Hallal is an important scholar for the Hanbali sect. Also a student of Marwazî and was one of the founding scholars who formed the basis of the sect. Besides al-Khallâl, raised students during the institutionalization of the sect, he had a significant contribution to the formation of the sect's bases with his works. Here, Kitâb al Sunnah, which constitutes our working position, has an important place among these works written by Khallâl. In it, the content of the book, it is noteworthy that the opposition sects of the Ahl al-Hadith are examined under separate titles. Especially Murjia, Mu'tazila, Jahmiyye, Rafida and Kharijism sects are the addresses of these criticisms. Ja'd b. Dirham, Jahm b. Safwan, Abu Hanifa and Karabisî who are seen that the known figures of the history of sects also took their share from the harsh criticism. It is seen that the known figures of the historical scene of sects like Ja'd b. Dirham, Jahm b. Safwan, Abu Hanifa and Karabisî had took their share of harsh criticism. In this study, these issues will be examined with the unique method of the history of Islamic sects. The opposition attitude of Khallâl will be addressed, and it will be put forward with an objective point of view about the sects and individuals that he dealt with.
