The Master Thesis is written in English. The volume of the Master Thesis is 85 pages. It comprises Introduction, Analytical, Theoretical and Practical part, Conclusions and Bibliography. Bibliography consists of 64 information sources. Analytical part consists on three sub-chapters. In the first sub-chapter are given detailed informations and some statistics about world yacht tourism. While the second subchapter gives detailed informations about Turkey yacht tourism. The author of Master Thesis applied such research methods, methods as SWOT analysis in the last sub-chapter, where also included marketing analysis of Sea Bella Yacht Company in the Kalkan / Turkey. Theoretical part consist on three sub-chapters. In the first sub-chapter is written about investigated business management strategies in tourism. In the second sub-chapter are given detailed information about green business model, innovations, radar and also approach in Tourism which is selected as model for development with some given examples. In the last sub-chapter are submitted researches about marketing strategy, sectorial tactics, actions and strategies types, model strategy, how to use marketing strategies in the yachting business and yacht tourism business services or products covered as the marketing strategy, price, promotion and distribution. Practical part involves three sub-chapters about development and creating marketing strategy for yacht company Sea Bella including marketing plan and marketing mix for Sea Bella Company. In the end of this part are made Break- Even Point, estimate details of cost and expected revenues from new marketing strategies. Master Thesis contains 12 figures and 16 tables.
