Özet

Günümüzde, konaklama işletmelerindeki çocuk animasyonları, turizm sektöründeki rekabet yarışını etkileyen faktörlerden biri olarak görülmektedir. Bu noktada çocuk animasyonlarının etkili yönetimi büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu araştırmanın amacı; okul öncesi çağda çocuğu olan ebeveynlerin tatil oteli seçimlerinde çocuk animasyon etkinliklerinin rolü ve önemini tespit etmek, söz konusu durumun geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunmak ve bu konuda literatüre katkı sağlamaktır. Araştırmada betimsel araştırma modeli kullanılmış ve anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemine okul öncesi eğitim alan çocukların velileri dahil edilmiştir. Örneklemden elde edilen veriler, faktör ve güvenirlik analizi ve sıklık analizi gibi istatiksel yöntemler ile analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca anket kapsamında elde edilen nitel veriler de araştırma bulguları olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Nicel ve nitel verilerden elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılarak konuya ilişkin öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Çocuk animasyon etkinliklerinin tatil oteli seçimi üzerindeki etkisine ilişkin yürütülen bu tez çalışmasında, tatil süresi içerisinde çocuklara sunulan hizmetlerin sürekli değişim ve gelişime açık tutulması, yapılan animasyonlardan, sunulan gıdalara kadar tüm hizmetlerde çocuk psikolojisi ve sağlığının ön plana alınması önerileri ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

Today, children's animations in accommodation companies are seen as one of the factors affecting the competitive competition in the tourism sector. At this point, effective management of children's animations is of great importance. The purpose of this research; to determine the role and importance of children's animation activities in holiday hotel choices of parents with children in pre-school age, to provide suggestions for the improvement of this situation and to contribute to the literature on this subject.The aim of this research is to determine the current situation of children's animations presented in accommodation establishments in the context of tourism sector and to provide suggestions for the development of this situation and to contribute to the literature in this direction. The survey technique was utilized, and data was obtained from the research sample. In this context, factor and reliability analysis, frequency analysis were applied and descriptive research model was used. Qualitative data encountered in the scope of the survey were examined. Finally, the results obtained from the data were evaluated and suggestions on the subject were put forward. In this thesis study conducted on the effect of children's animation activities on holiday hotel selection, suggestions were made to keep the services offered to children open to constant change and development during the holiday period, and to prioritize child psychology and health in all services from animations to food.
