Özet
Bauman modernite eleştirisinde, modernitenin yok etmeye çalıştığı müphemlik fenomeninin kaynağına dönüştüğünü dile getirir. Bunu dile getirmekle Bauman kendisine yapacağımız eleştiriye kapı aralamış olmaz mı sorusundan hareketle bu tez onun Kant'ı ele alış biçimini değerlendirmeyi hedeflemiştir. Bauman'a göre modernlik müphemlikle mücadelenin öteki adıdır ve modern felsefe müphemlikle mücadele misyonunu paylaşır. Modern ahlak teorileri müphemliği ortadan kaldırma misyonunu etik kodlar belirleyerek gerçekleştirmektedirler. Bu etik kodlar evrenselci ve akılcı temellerle ortaya konmaktadır. Bauman'a göre, Kant da etik görüşünü aynı temeller üzerine inşa etmiştir. Bauman açısından Kant'ın etik görüşüne temel olan evrensellik ve akılcılık, onun diğer modern filozoflarla aynı misyonu paylaştığı ve diğer modern filozoflar gibi etik kodlar ortaya koyduğu anlamına gelmektedir. İşte bu noktada Bauman'ın eleştirisinin indirgemeci oluşu ve bütünlükçü davranmaması kendisine yönelteceğimiz eleştiriye kapı açmış olur. Bu doğrultuda tezin Birinci Bölüm'ünde, modern ve postmodern dönem felsefesinde etik perspektiflerin gelişim seyri ortaya konmuştur. İkinci Bölüm'de, Bauman'ın modern ahlak felsefesi eleştirisine ve bunu besleyen modernite eleştirisine yer verilmiştir. Tezin Üçüncü Bölüm'ünde, Bauman'ın Kant eleştirisinin ayrıntıları serimlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak Bauman'ın Kant eleştirisinde, Kant felsefesinin kendine has bütünlüğünü göz ardı ettiği görülmüştür. Bu durumda Bauman'ın eleştirisinin, Kant'ın etik görüşünün kendi dönemi içerisindeki farklılığına ve özgünlüğüne karşı kayıtsız olduğu ortaya konmuştur.

In his critique of modernity, Bauman states that modernity has become the source of the phenomenon of ambiguity that it tries to destroy. By expressing this, this thesis aimed to evaluate the way he handled Kant, starting from the question whether Bauman led to our criticism. According to Bauman, modernity is the other name of the struggle against ambiguity, and modern philosophy shares its mission of combating ambiguity. Modern moral theories fulfill their mission of eliminating ambiguity by determining ethical codes. These ethical codes are put forward with universalist and rational foundations. According to Bauman, Kant also built his ethical view on the same foundations. For Bauman, universality and rationality, which are the basis of Kant's ethical view, mean that she shared the same mission with other modern philosophers and laid out ethical codes like other modern philosophers. At this point, Bauman's criticism will cause criticism that we will direct him because he is reductive and not holistic. In this direction, the development course of ethical perspectives in modern and postmodern period philosophy is presented in the first chapter of the thesis. In the second chapter, Bauman's criticism of modern moral philosophy and criticism of modernity that feeds this is included. In the third part of the thesis, details of Bauman's criticism of Kant are laid out. As a result, it was seen that Bauman ignored the specific integrity of Kant's philosophy in his critique of Kant. In this case, it has been revealed that Bauman's criticism is indifferent to the difference and originality of Kant's ethical view in his period.
