Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, taşımalı ortaokul uygulaması sorunlarının taşınan okuldaki öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine göre incelemektir. Betimsel tarama modelindeki araştırmanın evrenini 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara ili Haymana ilçesinde bulunan toplam 4 ortaokulda görev yapan 57 öğretmen ve bu dört ortaokula taşıma ile gelen 195 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Taşımalı Ortaokul Uygulamasına Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri Ölçeği ve Taşımalı Ortaokul Uygulamasına Yönelik Öğrenci Görüşleri Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler örneklemdeki her bir okul ziyaret edilerek araştırmacı tarafından toplanmış, SPSS 15 ve LISREL 8 istatistiksel programlar kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde betimleyici istatistiksel yöntemlerle birlikte, bağımsız örneklem t-Testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır ve sonuçlar tablolaştırılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, araştırmaya katılan kız öğrenciler erkek öğrencilere göre taşımalı eğitime dair daha olumsuz görüşlere sahiptirler. 7.sınıf öğrencilerin 5.sınıf öğrencilerine göre daha olumsuz düşüncelere sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca anne ve babanın eğitim seviyesi yükseldikçe öğrencilerin taşımalı eğitim uygulamasına yönelik olumsuz düşüncelerinin arttığı belirlenmiştir. Ailenin aylık gelir düzeyi arttıkça öğrencilerin taşımalı eğitim ile ilgili daha olumlu görüşlere sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Öğretmenler arasında ise cinsiyete göre taşımalı eğitim uygulamasına yönelik görüşlerde ise anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin mesleki çalışma yılı ve taşıma merkezindeki okuldaki çalışma yılı arttıkça taşıma ve taşıma araçlarıyla ilgili sorunlara karşı daha olumsuz görüşe sahip oldukları görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of transported secondary school practicing according to the opinions of the teachers and students in the transported school. The research was based on the descriptive search model. The population of the study consisted of 57 teachers and 195 students of total 4 secondary state schools in Haymana district of Ankara in 2015-2016. Teacher Views on the Transported Secondary School Practicing Scale and Student Views on the Transported Secondary School Practicing Scale were used to collect data. The data were collected by the researcher through visiting each school in the sapmle group. SPSS 15 and LISREL 8 statistical software packages were used to analysis the data. Besides the descriptive statics; independent sapmles t-Test; One Way ANOVA analyses were used to assess the data and the results were presented in charts.According to the results female students have more negative opinion to the transported education than male students. It was observed that 7th grade students have more negative thoughts than 5th grade students. It is noticed that the higher educational background of the parents have, the more negative views the students demonstrate. The monthly income of the family increases, the students have more positive views about transported schooling. The results indicate that there is not any significant difference between teachers views to the transported schooling system by gender. The time of teachers working as teachers and working at the same school increases, they have more negative opinions towards problems about transportation and transportation appliances.
