Özet
Bu çalışmada İzzet Derveze'ye Göre Kur'ân'da Kadın konusu ele alınmıştır. Derveze, kadın konusu ile yakından ilgilen ve bu hususta mühim görüşleri olan bir düşünür ve müfessirdir. Derveze bu konu ile ilgili“el-Mer'etü fi'l-Kur'ân ve's-Sünne”adlı müstakil bir eser kaleme almıştır. Bunun yanı sıra kendi tefsiri olan“et-Tefsîrü'l-hadîs”eserinde de kadın konusunun geçtiği âyetler üzerinde detaylıca durmuştur. Kur'ân'da Kadın konusu açık uçlu ve hakkında çok çalışma bulunan bir konu olduğu için tarafımızca daha dar bir çerçevede ele alınmıştır. Çalışma dört bölüme ayırılmıştır. Birinci bölüm İzzet Derveze'nin hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve et-Tefsîrü'l-hadîs adlı eserine ayırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde cahiliye ve İslam'da kadın konusu ele alınmış bu vesile ile her iki devirde kadının ve haklarının tanıtılması ve okuyucunun ön bilgiye sahip olması amaçlanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde kadının erkek karşısındaki konumu başlığı ile kadının yaratılışı, eşitliği, şahitliği, mirası ve örtünme konuları incelenmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde ise kadının aile hayatına değinilmiştir. Bu bölümde öncelikle aile hayatının başlangıcı ve temeli olan nikâh konusu ele alınmış daha sonra nikâh ile ilgili olan ve onun alt başlıkları sayılan nikâhta velâyet, çok eşlilik, gayri müslim ile evlenme ve kocası kaybolan kadın konuları işlenmiştir. Ayrıca aile hayatı ve nikâhla yakından ilişkili olduğu ve hala günümüz problemi olan kadına yönelik şiddet meselesine de yer verilmiştir. Bu konular işlenirken önce klasik müfessir ve çağdaş düşünürlerin görüşleri aktarılmış ardından Derveze'nin konu hakkındaki görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra söz konusu görüşler karşılaştırılıp değerlendirilerek bir sonuca varılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, according to Izzet Derveze, the issue of woman was discussed in the Qur'an. Derveze who is closely interested in the topic of woman and has valuable views on this issue is a thinker and glossator. Derveze has written a separate work called“Al-Mer'etü Fi'l-Qur'an and Sunnah”on this subject. In addition, his own Tafsir,“et-Tafsir al-Hadith”, also focused on this topic in detail in his Tafsir verses in which the topic of woman is mentioned. Because the issue of woman in the Qur'an is an open-ended issue and this issue has been studied a lot, we have considered it in a narrower framework. The study is divided into four sections. The first part is devoted to Izzet Derveze's life, scientific personality and his work et-Tafsir al-Hadith. In the second chapter, the issue of woman in ignorance and Islam was discussed, so it was aimed to introduce to the reader woman and their rights in both periods and to have preliminary knowledge. In the third chapter, the position of woman in front of man and the issues of woman's creation, equality, testimony, inheritance and cover-up were examined. In the fourth and final chapter, the woman's family life is mentioned. In this section, the issue of marriage, which is the beginning and basis of family life, is discussed and then the issues of custody, polygamy, marriage to Non Muslim and woman whose husband has disappeared in the marriage, which are related to the marriage and which are considered its subheadings, are covered. In addition, the issue of violence against woman, which is closely related to family life and marriage and is still a modern-day problem, was also mentioned. During the course of these topics, the opinions of the classical mufessir and contemporary thinkers were first conveyed, and then Derveze's views on the subject were given. Later, these opinions were compared and evaluated and a conclusion was reache.
