Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, taekwondo eğitiminde görsel destekli antrenmanların motorik, teknik, taktik ve psikolojik özelliklere etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma; nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma yöntem desenlerden, yakınsayan paralel desen kullanılarak modellendi. Araştırmanın nicel kısmı, deneysel araştırma desenlerinden kontrol gruplu ön test- son test desen ile nitel kısmı ise araştırma süreci hakkında derinlemesine bilgi toplayabilmeye olanak sağlayan anket tekniği ile tamamlandı. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim döneminde Akçaabat Şehit Gökhan Uzun İmam Hatip Ortaokulunda taekwondo ile ilgilenen öğrencilerin gönüllü katılımlarıyla oluşturuldu. Katılımcılar ile random yönteme göre deney (n=28) ve kontrol grubu (n=29) oluşturuldu. 12 hafta süreli araştırma süresince her iki grup için, eşit kazanımlı antrenman programı uygulandı. Eğitim sürecinde kontrol grubuna klasik antrenman programı uygulanırken, deney grubuna aynı antrenman programı video ve görsel materyaller desteği ile uygulandı. Araştırmanın ön test- son test aşamalarında sporcuların performanslarını tespit etmek için, temel motorik özellikleri, taekwondoya özel motorik özellikleri ve müsabaka (kyorugi) performansları tespit edildi. Ayrıca 12 haftalık süreç sonunda, deney grubu sporcularının görsel destekli antrenmanlar ile ilgili görüş ve düşüncelerine başvurulup, nicel olarak toplanan veriler nitel olarak desteklendi. Araştırma süresince elde edilen nicel verilerin analizinde SPSS 25.0 istatistik programı, nitel verilerin analizinde ise içerik analizi yöntemleri kullanıldı. Araştırma sonunda, taekwondonun temel ve taekwondoya özel motorik özellikleri geliştirmede etkili bir spor olduğu, görsel destekli taekwondo antrenmanlarının ise spor dalına özgü teknik, taktik ve psikolojik özellikleri çalıştırmada etkili bir antrenman metodu olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak; video, ses, görüntü, animasyon, simülasyon gibi görsel desteklerin doğru bir strateji ile antrenman programlarına eklenmesi ve taekwondo antrenmanlarında kullanılması, sporcuların teknik, motorik, taktik ve psikolojik özelliklerini olumlu yönde etkileyerek, müsabaka (kyorugi) performansı gelişimlerini hızlandırmaktadır.

The aim of this research was to examine the effect of visually assisted training on motoric, technical, tactical, and psychological characteristics in taekwondo education. The research was modeled using the convergent parallel design, one of the mixed-method designs in which quantitative and qualitative research methods are used together. The quantitative part of the research was completed with a control group pretest-posttest design from among the experimental research designs; the qualitative part was completed with a questionnaire that allowed in-depth information about the research process to be gathered. The study was made up of students interested in taekwondo at the Akçaabat Şehit Gökhan Uzun Imam Hatip Ortaokulu during the 2019-2020 academic year. An experimental (n=28) and a control group (n=29) were created with the participants using the random method. During the 12-week research period, an equal-gain training program was applied to both groups. This took the form of a classical training program applied to the control group, while the same program was applied to the experimental group with the support of video and visual materials. To determine the performances of the athletes in the pretest and posttest stages of the research, their basic motoric characteristics, taekwondo-specific motoric properties and competition (kyorugi) performances were determined. In addition, at the end of the 12-week process, the opinions and thoughts of the experimental group athletes about the visually assisted training were evaluated, and the quantitative data were thus supported qualitatively. The SPSS 25.0 statistical program was used to analyze the quantitative data obtained during the research, and content analysis methods were used to analyze the qualitative data. At the end of the research, it was determined that taekwondo is an effective sport in developing basic and taekwondo-specific motoric characteristics, and that visually assisted taekwondo training is an effective training method for imparting the technical, tactical, and psychological skills specific to the sport. As a result, using visual assistance, including video, audio, images, animations and simulations, within taekwondo training programs that are based on the correct strategy positively affects the technical, motoric, tactical, and psychological characteristics of the athletes and accelerates the development of competition (kyorugi) performance.
