Özet
Etik, örgüt ve birey davranışlarına yön veren bilişsel bir rehberdir. Bu rehberin önemini kavrayan şirketler etik kodlar, etik ilkeler, etik kurallar gibi başlıklarda belirttikleri etik taahhütlerini tüm kamuoyu ile paylaşmaktadırlar. Bu taahhütler şirket paydaşlarının çıkar ve beklentilerinin evrensel ölçütlere dayalı bir temelde karşılanması için dizayn edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, BİST 100 endeksinde yer alan şirketlerin etik taahhütlerinin ayrıntılı içerik analizinin yapılarak en fazla önem verilen kavram ve temaların ortaya çıkarılması ve BİST 100'de bulunan şirketlerin etik taahhütlerinin sektör açısından farklılık taşıyıp taşımadığının tespit edilmesidir. Çalışma, BİST 100'de yer alan şirketlerin etik taahhütlerine tamamen bağlı oldukları varsayımından hareket etmektedir. İçerik analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada frekans ve kategorisel analiz tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. İçerik analizinin amacı, metinde yer alan içeriğin temel vurgusunu anlamak ve vurgu anlamını yorumlamaktır. Verilerin düzenlenmesi, işlenmesi ve analiz edilmesinde Nvivo Nitel Analiz Programı ile Microsoft Excel Programı'ndan faydalanılmıştır. BİST 100 endeksinde yer alan şirket etik taahhütleri analiz edildiğinde 'çalışan' ve 'bilgi' kelimelerinin en sık kullanılan kavramlar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 'Çalışan' ve 'bilgi' odağındaki cümle örgüleri incelenerek BİST 100 endeksi etik yaklaşımının odaklandığı konu ve temalar paylaşılmıştır. Endeks içindeki sektörlerin etik taahhüt analiz sonuçlarında benzer bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Sektörler arasında anlamlı bir bakış açısı farklılığı bulunmamaktadır. BİST 100 endeksi içindeki şirketlerin etik taahhüt içeriklerinin profesyonel duyarlılık düşüncesiyle normatif eşbiçimlilik gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Ethics is a cognitive guide that conducts organization and individual behaviour. Companies that understand the significance of this guideline share their ethical commitments with the whole public using terms like ethical codes, ethical principles and ethical rules. These commitments are designed on universal criteria which are intended to satisfy the needs and desires of the company's stakeholder. The aim of this study is to uncover the most important concepts and themes by conducting a detailed content analysis of the ethical commitments of the BIST 100 index companies and to determine whether the ethical commitments of the companies in BIST 100 differ in terms of the sector. The research assumes that the companies in the BIST 100 have entirely adhered to their ethical commitments. Frequency and categorical measurement techniques were utilized in the research where the content analysis was used. The purpose of content analysis is to understand the main emphasis of the content in the text and to interpret the meaning of emphasis. Nvivo Qualitative Analysis Program with Microsoft Excel Program were utilized in organizing, processing and analyzing the data. When the ethical commitments of the BIST 100 companies index are analyzed, it has been determined that the terms“employee”and“information”are the most commonly used concepts. Examining the sentence patterns in focus the terms employee and information, shared the subject and themes on which the BIST 100 index ethical approach focuses. The ethical commitment analysis results of the sectors on the inside of the index uncover similar findings. There is no meaningful difference in perspective between the sectors. The ethical commitment content of companies in the BIST 100 index is exhibit to normative isomorphism with the framework of professional sensitivity.
