Özet

Hizmet sektörü en önemli sektörlerden biri olmasının yanında, ekonomik boyutunu giderek arttırmasıyla birlikte, her alandan bilim insanı açısından da cazibesini korumaktadır. Spor da hizmet sektörü içinde yer alan bir bacasız endüstri haline gelmesiyle hem bilimsel açıdan hem de ekonomik açıdan spor hizmetlerinin önemi dikkat çekici boyuta ulaşmıştır. Bununla birlikte sporun yerel anlamda hizmet olarak sunulmasında, belediyelerin sorumlu ve yetkili kurumlardan biri olması, belediyelerin spor hizmeti sunumunda önemli bir aktör olmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çerçevede yapılan bu tez çalışmasının amacı, Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesine ait spor tesislerinde hizmet kalitesinin, kullanıcılar açısından nasıl algılandığının belirlenmesidir. Çalışma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeliyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi'ne ait spor tesislerini kullanan 404 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmaya dair veriler, Hizmet Kalitesi Değerlendirme Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi, SPSS 25.0 programı ile yapılmış olup, demografik değişkenlere dair veriler frekans analizine göre analiz edilmiştir. Normallik testi sonucuna göre, non-parametrik testlerden Mann Whitney-U testi ve Kruskal Wallis-H testi uygun olanları kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonunda elde edilen sonuçlar; Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi'ne ait spor tesislerinde sunulan hizmetin kalitesinin iyi seviyede algılandığı bulunmuştur. Spor tesislerinin tamamında program ve soyunma odası alt boyutlarına dair hizmet kalitesi algısının iyi seviyede algılandığı, fiziksel tesis alt boyutuna dair hizmet kalitesi algısının mükemmel seviyede algılandığı bulunmuştur. Kano branşından faydalanan katılımcıların hizmet kalitesi algısında ve diğer bütün alt boyutlarda en yüksek ortalamalara sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ek olarak, antrenman tesisi alt boyutunda Sutopu branşının sunulan hizmetin kalitesinin diğer tüm branşlardan daha yüksek düzeyde algılandığı bulunmuştur. Soyunma odası, fiziksel tesis, antrenman tesisi alt boyutlarında eğitim düzeyinin istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılığa neden olduğu, ortaokul mezunu kişilerin sunulan hizmetin kalitesini daha yüksek düzeyde algıladıkları saptanmıştır. Acemler yerleşkesinde bulunan antrenman tesislerinin Şahin Başol yerleşkesinde bulunan antrenman tesislerine kıyasla daha düşük seviyede hizmet sundukları bulunmuştur. Antrenman tesisi alt boyutunun cinsiyet değişkenine göre, erkek katılımcılar lehine farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Antrenman tesisi alt boyutunun 18 yaş ve altındaki spor hizmeti alan kişilerin olduğu grupta daha yüksek seviyede bir hizmet kalitesi algısı oluşturduğu bulunmuştur. Antrenman tesisi alt boyutunun medeni durum değişkenine göre, bekar katılımcılar lehine farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir.

In addition to being one of the most important sectors, the service sector maintains its attraction for scientists from all fields, as it increases its economic dimension. The importance of sports services has reached a remarkable level both scientifically and economically, as sports has become a chimneyless industry within the service sector. In addition, municipalities being one of the responsible and authorized institutions in providing sports as a service in the local sense caused municipalities to become an important actor in the provision of sports services. The purpose of this thesis study conducted within this framework is to determine how the service quality is perceived in terms of users in the sports facilities of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality. The study was carried out by scanning model, one of the quantitative research methods. The sample of the study consists of 404 people using the sports facilities of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality. Data about the study were collected using the Service Quality Assessment Scale. The analysis of the data was made with the SPSS 25.0 program, and the data on demographic variables were analyzed according to frequency analysis. According to the results of the normality test, among the non-parametric tests, the Mann Whitney-U test and the Kruskal Wallis-H test were used. The results obtained at the end of the study; It has been found that the quality of the service provided in the sports facilities belonging to the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality is perceived at a good level. It was found that in all sports facilities, the service quality perception regarding the program and dressing room sub-dimensions is perceived at a good level, and the service quality perception regarding the physical facility sub-dimension is perceived at an excellent level. It was observed that the participants benefiting from the canoe branch had the highest averages in perception of service quality and all other sub-dimensions. In addition, it was found that the quality of the service provided in the water polo branch was perceived at a higher level than all other branches in the training facility sub-dimension. It was determined that the education level caused a statistically significant difference in the sub-dimensions of the dressing room, physical facility, training facility, and middle school graduates perceived the quality of the service provided at a higher level. It has been found that the training facilities in the Acemler campus offer a lower level of service compared to the training facilities in the Şahin Başol campus. It has been determined that the training facility sub-dimension differs according to the gender variable in favor of male participants. It has been found that the training facility sub-dimension creates a higher level of service quality perception in the group of people who are 18 years old and younger who receive sports services. It has been determined that the training facility sub-dimension differs according to the marital status variable in favor of single participants.
