Özet
Birçok Büyüksehir Belediyesi halka, spor ve bos zaman değerlendirme anlamında önemlihizmetler sunmaktadır. Belediye tesislerinde çocuklara, gençlere, kadınlara ve her yastakivatandaslara çesitli beceriler kazandırılmakta ayrıca fiziksel ve sosyal etkinlikler yapılmaktadır.Ankara Büyüksehir Belediyesi de bu uygulamaların yapıldığı büyüksehir belediyelerindenbirisidir.Belediyeler bu hizmetleri sunarken konunun uzmanlarından destek almak durumundadır.Ankara Büyüksehir Belediyesinde her yas grubuna, birebir hizmet vermeleri bakımından enenerjik ve stratejik is gören grup Spor Uzmanlarıdır. Spor hizmetlerinin nitelik ve nicelik olarakarttırılması ve devamlılığının sağlanması için kaliteli isgücü ve performansları açısındanBüyüksehir Belediyelerinde görevli spor uzmanlarının mesleki doyum düzeylerinin belirlenmesiönem tasımaktadırBu arastırmanın amacı Ankara Büyüksehir Belediyesinde görevli Spor Uzmanlarının (EğitmenÖğretici)Mesleki Doyum Düzeylerini belirlemek ve demografik bilgilerine göre meslekidoyum düzeylerini karsılastırmaktır.Arastırmanın amacına uygunluğu nedeniyle, betimleme(Survey)-tarama yöntemi kullanılmıstır.Arastırmanın evrenini Ankara Büyüksehir Belediyesi hanımlar lokali, Gençlik merkezi veÇocuk kulüplerinde toplam 39 merkezde görev yapmakta olan 238 Spor Uzmanının tamamıolusturmustur. Bu arastırmada evrenin tamamına ulasıldığından örneklem kullanılmamıstırSpor Uzmanlarının mesleki doyum düzeylerinin boyutları açısından Cinsiyete, Yaslarına, GörevYerlerine, Öğrenim Durumlarına, Uzmanlık Alanlarına ve Hizmet Yıllarına göre faklılık yokturseklinde 6 hipotez kurulmustur. Elde edilen veriler ile yapılan analizler sonucu; Cinsiyet veYaslarına yönelik hipotezler kabul edilmistir. Öğrenim durumu ve Hizmet yıllarına yönelikhipotezler tamamen reddedilmistir. Görev yerleri ile Uzmanlık alanlarına yönelik hipotezlerinboyutlara göre bir kısmı kabul, bir kısmı reddedilmistir.Spor Uzmanlarının Mesleki Doyum Ölçeğinden elde edilen verilerin boyutlara göre yapılananalizleri sonucunda, Mesleki Doyum düzeylerinin en yüksek olduğu; Mesleki ve sosyaliliskiler boyutu ile Sosyal Gereksinimler boyutları tespit edilirken, Mesleki Doyum düzeylerininen düsük boyutlarının da Ekonomik sartlar ile Yönetim ve denetim, olduğu belirlenmistirSonuç olarak; Spor Uzmanlarının 44 faktörden olusan Mesleki Doyum Ölçeği ile elde edilenveriler analiz edilerek tüm değiskenlere katılım düzeylerinin ortalaması 3,061 olduğu tespitedilmistir. Bu sonuç ankete katılan spor uzmanlarının mesleki doyumlarının orta düzeydeolduğu anlamına gelmektedir. Spor Uzmanlarının Ekonomik imkânlarının ve Yönetim iledenetim sartlarının iyilestirilmesi sonucu performanslarının artacağı dolayısıyla Mesleki Doyumdüzeylerinin de yükseleceği düsünülmektedir. Yetkililerin bu sonuç ve önerileri dikkate alarakgerekli desteği sağlaması ve Spor uzmanlarının Mesleki doyum düzeylerini yükseltmesiumulmaktadır.

Numerous Metropolitan Municipalities provide public with considerable services for sports andfree time activities. Various skills are acquired to children, teenagers, woman and people of anyage at municipality complexes, also physical and social activities are done. AnkaraMetropolitan Municipality is also one of those Metropolitan Municipalities at which theseapplications are done.Municipalities are supposed to get support from the experts of the field while providing theseservices. At Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, the most energetic and strategic staff are interms of providing any age group one-to-one services. It is essential to determine the level ofjob satisfaction of sports experts working at metropolitan municipalities regarding theirqualified labour and performances to enhance sports services in quantity and quality and ensurepermanency.The aim of this study is to determine the level of the job satisfaction of sports expertsworking at Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, and to compare their level of job satisfactionaccording to their demographic information.Due to the suitability to the aim of the study, descriptive (Survey) ?scanning method is used.The universe of the study consist all of 238 sports experts working at totally 39 Lady Clubs,Youth Centres and Children Clubs of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. Because of the factthat whole universe is available, no sample is used in this study.Six hypothesis are formed, supporting the idea that there are no differences between the levelof Job Satisfaction of sports experts in terms of Gender, Age, Working Places, EducationalStatus, Expertise and Year of Service. According to the findings and analysis, hypothesisrelated to Gender and Age are accepted. Hypothesis related to Educational Status and Year ofService are completely refused. Some of the hypothesis of Working Place and Expertise arepartly accepted and some of them are refused according to the dimensions.According to the analysis of the findings gained with sports experts Job Satisfaction Scale, itis determined that their Job Satisfaction is the highest; considering the relationship betweenSocial and Professional requirements, their Job Satisfaction is the lowest, also EconomicalStatus and Management and Control dimensions are determined.To the results gained with the Gymnasts Job Satisfaction Scale covering 44 items, the mean ofthe participation to all dimensions is determined as 3,061. This result shows that the Gymnastswho took the poll have a medium level of job satisfaction. As a result of gymnasts? opportunitiesand administration of-control conditions are improved, it is thought that their performances andjob satisfaction will also increase. Authorized people are expected to provide necessary supportand raise the level of sports experts? job satisfaction by considering these results and proposals.
