Özet
Kur'ân-ı Kerîm metninin yüceliğiyle beraber belâgat, fesâhat ve istişhâd/örnek vermek yönünden Arap dili standartları içerisinde en üst seviyede yer almaktadır. Dolayısıyla Kur'ân-ı Kerîm mütevâtir ve gayr-ı mütevâtir okunuşlarıyla Arap dili ve belâgatında istişhâd yönünden en ulvî bir hüccettir. Kur'ân belâgat ve fesâhat özellikleriyle beraber sarf, nahiv, seci', kâfiye, i'câz, icâz, itnâb, mana zenginliği ve sayamadığımız daha birçok üstün hasletleri ihtiva edip belâgat ve fesâhatta meşhur şairleri susturan çağlar üstü mu'ciz bir kitaptır. Bu çalışmada gramer yönü ve maksûd manayı ifa etme yönüyle Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in ayrılmaz bir parçası olup Kur'ân'da zengin bir muhteviyata sahip olan şart ve cevap cümleleri ele alınmaya çalışıldı. Araştırmada cümlelerin kendisinden oluştuğu söz öbeklerinden kelime, kelim ve kelâmdan; cümlenin temel unsurları olan isim, fiil ve harften kısaca bahsedildi. Bununla birlikte cümlenin sözlük ve terim manaları, kısımları, mefhûmu, şart ve cevap cümlelerinin rükünleri, oluşum şartları, edatlar ve kısımlarına değinildi. Ayrıca cezm eden ve etmeyen şart edatları açısından âyetlerin meâlleri, şart edatlarının bulunduğu âyetlerin gramer yönünden kısaca tahlillerine açıklık getirildi. Şart veya cevabın cümleden düşürülmüş ve zikredilmiş hallerinden bahsedildi. Gramer âlimlerinin şart edatları hakkında ittifak ve ihtilaf yönlerine değinildi.

Along with the exaltation of the text of Qur'an, it is at the highest level among the Arabic language standards in terms of eloquence, fluency, and testimony/illustration. Therefore, the Qur'an is the most lofty hujjat in terms of testimony in Arabic language and rhetoric with its reading of mutawatir and not mutawatir. The Qur'an together with features eloquence and fluency, is a contemporaneous and miraculous book over the ages, which contains many superior features that we cannot count, such as sarf, syntax, internal rhyme, rhyme, i'câz, icâz, itnab, richness of meaning, and also silences famous poets who are famous for eloquence and fluency. In this study, the condition and response sentences, which are an integral part of the Qur'an and have a rich content in the Qur'an, have been tried to be discussed in terms of grammatical aspect and maksûd meaning. In the study, briefly mentioned words from which the sentences are made up, word, collocutor and kalam; noun, verb and letter that are an basic elements of the sentence. However, dictionary and term meanings of the sentence, its parts, notion, the elements of condition and answer sentences, the formation conditions, prepositions and parts of the sentence were mentioned. Also, in terms of conditional propositions that resolve or not, together with the meanings of the versicles, their analysis was briefly clarified in terms of grammar. It was mentioned that the condition or response was dropped from the sentence and aforesaid states. The aspects of alliance and controversy about the conditional prepositions of grammar alims were mentioned.
