Özet
İnsanoğlu, varoluşundan bu yana tarihte birçok salgın hastalıklarla karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Küreselleşmenin çoğalması ile birlikte bu salgın hastalıklar hızlı bir şekilde yayılmıştır. Özellikle ticaret vasıtası ile yayılan bu salgın hastalıkların sosyal, ekonomik, politik, kültürel, toplumsal ve finansal etkileri görülmüştür. Bu etkiler her toplumda farklı derecelerde hissedilmiştir. Bazı ülkeler bu etkileri daha derinden hissederken, bazı ülkelerde ise etkiler hafif hissedilmiştir. Bu etkilerin yanı sıra salgın hastalıklar birçok insanın ölümüne sebep olmuştur. Salgın hastalıkları kontrol altına alabilmek amacıyla her ülke kendi şartları doğrultusunda birçok tedbir uygulamış ve bu salgınların etkisini minimum düzeye indirmeye çalışmıştır.İnsanoğlunu derinden sarsan, yıkıcı etkisi her alanda hissedilen salgın hastalıklardan biri olan Covid-19, 2019 yılının aralık ayında Çin'in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Kısa bir zaman zarfında tüm dünyaya yayılmış ve küresel bir salgın haline gelmiştir. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü, Covid-19'u pandemi olarak ilan etmiştir. Milyonlarca insanda bu hastalık tespit edilmiş ve milyonlarca insanın ölmesine neden olmuştur. Covid-19'un ortaya çıkmasıyla birlikte her ülkede çeşitli kısıtlamalar ve yasaklar uygulanmıştır. Salgının her ülkeye yayılmış olması üretim ve tedarik zincirlerini etkilemiştir. Covid-19 küresel ekonominin küçülmesine neden olmuş ve böylelikle kriz dönemine girilmiştir. Covid-19'un birçok sektörde etkisi hissedilmiş hatta bazı sektörleri durma noktasına kadar getirmiştir. Özellikle en yıkıcı etkilerinden biri hizmet sektörü üzerinde olmuştur. 10 Mart 2020 tarihinde ülkemizde, Covid-19 kaynaklı ilk vaka tespit edilmiştir. Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de ekonomik, sosyal ve toplumsal alanlarda birçok tedbirler uygulanmıştır. İlerleyen süreçte bu tedbirlerde farklılaşma görülmüş ve aşılanmanın artmasıyla birlikte kademeli olarak normalleşmeye geçilmiştir. Salgının neden olduğu ekonomik kayıplar neticesinde Türkiye ekonomisinde de dalgalanmalar meydana gelmiştir. Bu dalgalanmaların etkisi birçok sektörde kendisini hissettirmiştir. Bu çalışma, insanoğlunun varoluşundan bu yana karşı karşıya kaldığı salgın hastalıkların neler olduğunu ve bunların ekonomi üzerindeki etkisini, Covid-19'un küresel ekonomiye olan tesirini ve alınan tedbirleri, vaka sayılarını, Covid-19'un GSYİH, ithalat-ihracat üzerindeki etkisini, Covid-19'un ülkemizde görülen ekonomik etkisini ve bunların sektörler üzerindeki tesirini göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Humanity has faced many epidemics in history since its existence.These epidemics spread rapidly With the increase of the globalization.The social, economic, political, cultural, social and financial effects of these epidemics that especially spread through trade, have been observed.These effects were felt to different effect in every society.some countries felt these effects more severe while some countries the effects was feel less.In addition to these effects, epidemic caused the death of many people. In order to purpose of control epidemics, each country has implemented many precaution in own line with its own conditions and has tried to minimize the effects of these epidemics. Covid-19 which is one of the epidemic diseases that effect humanity and whose devastating effect is felt in all areas, emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019.It spread all of the world in a short time and became a global epidemic.The World Health Organization(WHO) declared Covid-19 as a pandemic. This disease has been detected in millions of people and caused die of the millions people. With the emergence of Covid-19, various restrictions and prohibition have been applied in each country. The spread of the epidemic has affected the production and supply chains in every country. Covid-19 has caused the global economic recession and thus economic crisis period started. The impact of Covid-19 was felt from many sectors and even brought some sectors to a standstill. Especially, one of the most devastating effects has been on the service sector. On March 10, 2020, the first case of Covid-19 was detected in our country. As in the whole world, many prevention have been implemented in economic, social and societal areas in our country. In the following process, diffirences has been observed in these prevention and it has gradually been started to normalize with the increase vaccination. As a result of the economic effect caused by the epidemic, fluctuations occurred in the Turkish economy. The effect of these fluctuations has made itself felt in many sectors. This study examines the epidemic diseases that humanity has faced since its existence and their impact on the economy, the impact of Covid-19 on the global economy and the measures taken, the number of cases, the impact of Covid-19 on GDP, import-export, Covid-19's impact on the global economy and the measures taken. It aims to show the economic impact of Covid-19 in our country and their impact on the sectors.
