Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkçe öğretimi için hazırlanan web sitesi ve uygulamaları çeşitli boyutlar çerçevesinde incelemek ve değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntem ve tekniklerinden betimleyici araştırma ile doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verilerini Türkçe öğretimi alanında oluşturulan kurumsal ve kişisel web siteleri ile App Store ve Google Play'de bulunan uygulamalar oluşturmuştur. Web siteleri ve uygulamalar için ayrı ayrı veri toplama araçları geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren 207 üniversiteden 131'inde Türkçe öğretim merkezi bulunduğu ve en fazla TÖMER'in İstanbul'da yer aldığı (f=28), Batman, Hakkâri ve Şırnak'ta ise faaliyet gösteren TÖMER bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu merkezlerin web siteleri incelendiğinde en fazla içeriğe sahip başlık İletişim (f=128) olurken, en az içeriğe sahip başlığın Diğer Diller (f=10) olduğu saptanmıştır. Üniversiteler; kısaltma isim olarak en fazla TÖMER'i kullanırken (f=94), 8 üniversite ise herhangi bir kısaltma isim kullanmamıştır. Çalışmada Türkçe öğretimi alanında hazırlanan uygulamalarda App Store ve Google Play'deki uygulamalar aldığı beğeni, indirilme sayısı ve hitap ettiği yaş seviyesine göre analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda en fazla veriye sahip olan anahtar kelimenin Söz Varlığı, en az veriye sahip anahtar kelimenin Karikatür olduğu, App Store'deki uygulamaların genel olarak 4 yaş ve üzeri seviyeye, Google Play'deki uygulamaların genel olarak tüm yaş seviyelerine hitap ettiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to examine and evaluate the websites and applications prepared for teaching Turkish within the framework of various dimensions. In the study, descriptive research and document analysis from qualitative research methods and techniques were used. The data of the study consisted of institutive and personal websites created in the field of Turkish teaching and applications included in the App Store and Google Play. Data collection tools were created separately for websites. As a result of the study, it has been determined that 131 of 207 universities getting active in Turkey have Turkish teaching centers and the highest number of TÖMER are in Istanbul (f=28), whereas TÖMER getting active in Batman, Hakkâri and Şırnak doesn't exist. When the websites of these centers were examined, it was determined that the title with the most content was Communication (f=128), while the title with the least content was Other Languages (f=10). 8 universities did not use any abbreviation names while universities used TÖMER as the abbreviation name at most (f=94). Besides, the applications in the App Store and Google Play in the applications related in the field of Turkish teaching were analyzed according to tte number of the number of admiration, downloads and the age the age level they appeal to. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the keyword with the most data is Vocabulary, the keyword with the least data is Caricature, the applications in the App Store generally appeal to 4 years old and above and the applications in Google Play generally appeal to all age levels.
