Özet
Bu araştırma, iletişimsel yönteminin etki seviyesini ve bu yaklaşımın yabancı bir dil olarak Arapçayı öğrenenlerin becerilerini geliştirmesine katkısı bununla beraber dil becerilerinin iletişimde kullanılmasını incelemiştir. Bu tezin birinci bölümü, konuların teori kısmını ele almaktadır. Bu kısmın birinci bölümünde iletişimsel yönteminden ve Arapça öğretiminin öneminden bahseden bilimsel kitaplar taranmıştır. İletişim yöntemini ele alan önceki araştırmalar gözden geçirilerek iletişimsel yöntemi ile alakalı kavramlara yer verilmiştir. Sonra iletişim yönteminden faydalanan yöntemler araştırılıp bu yöntemlerin yabancılara Arapça öğretiminde kullanımı hakkında açıklamalar yapıldı. İletişimsel yönteminin hedeflerini ve onun ile geleneksel yaklaşımlar arasındaki farklılıklar açıklandı. Aynı zamanda öğrencinin yabancı dil öğrenme motivasyonları izah edildi. İkinci bölümde iletişim sürecinin esası olan iletişimin temellerinden, hayattaki iletişim engellerinden, Arapça eğitiminde iletişimsel yönteminin faydalarından ve dilsel yeterlilik ile iletişimsel yeterlilik arasındaki farklılıklardan bahsedildi. Yeterlilik konusu, kavramlar ve özellikler bakımından detaylı bir şekilde ele alındı. İkinci bölümde dil becerilerinin iletişim yoluyla öğretilmesi ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümde eğitim programının planlanmasında dil becerilerinin konumu, iletişimsel yönteminden yararlanarak dinleme okuma ve yazmanın kullanımı, iletişimsel programlarında testin rolü ve bu testin hazırlanmasının aşamaları belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu bölümde dil becerilerinin öğretiminde testlerin kullanımı değerlendirilmiş ve uygulanabilecek test örnekleri sunulmuştur. Bu tezin ikinci kısmı uygulama için tahsis edildi. Uygulamalı araştırmayı destekleyebilen ve dil becerilerinin öğretilmesinde iletişim yaklaşımının önemini ispatlayabilen bazı noktaları gün yüzüne çıkartmak için bir anket yapılmıştır. Bu ankette Arap Dili Edebiyatı konusunda uzmanlara ve yabancılara Arapça öğretimi alanında çalışan akademisyenlere birtakım sorular yöneltilmiştir. Bu ankete Avrupa, Türkiye ve muhtelif Arap ülkelerinden 53 öğretmen ve uzman katılmıştır. Ayrıca katılanlar arasında yüksek lisans ve lisans öğrencileri de bulunmaktadır. Onların ankete verdikleri cevaplar önceki bilimsel araştırmalara uygun ve bu tezin konusuna ve beklentilerine uyumluluk göstermiştir. Son olarak tezin üçüncü bölümünde bu anketin sonuçları yorumlanmıştır.

This research, studies the effect of the communicative on developing the skills of learners of Arabic as a foreign language. It also discusses the use of language skills in communication. The first chapter covers the theoretical side of the research. In this chapter, I presented books that dealt with the communicative approach and its importance in teaching the Arabic language. I also presented the concepts of the communicative approach by presenting previous studies on this topic. After that, I studied the curricula that benefited from the communicative approach in teaching the language to foreigners. In this chapter, I presented the definition and characteristics of the communicative approach and mentioned the difference between method and entrance. I also talked about the principles of this approach, its functions, its history, and its relationship to language. In addition, I explained the communicative model. I dealt with means of communication and its components. At the end of this chapter, I talked about the difference between traditional and communicative approaches. I also talked about a person's motivations for learning a foreign language. In the second chapter, I talked about the foundations of the communication process. I also spoke about the obstacles preventing this process. I also talked about the obstacles that prevent this process, as well as the benefits of the communicative approach in teaching Arabic. Moreover, I discussed the issue of the difference between linguistic proficiency and communicative proficiency. In addition, I wrote in detail about the concept and characteristics of this proficiency. In the third chapter, I mentioned teaching language skills through communication. I checked the location of language skills in the education plan. In addition, I researched how to use listening, reading and writing through the communication approach. I talked about the role of tests in communicative education programs, and the steps for designing these tests. At the end of chapter, I talked in detail about the use of tests in teaching language skills. Also provided practical samples for the tests. The second section is the practical side of the research. I designed a questionnaire to support my practical study and demonstrate the importance of the communicative approach in teaching language skills. I presented the questions to a group of specialists and academics. Fifty-three teachers and academics from Europe, Turkey and the Arab countries participated in the questionnaire. The answers of the participants were compatible with the scientific studies, and consistent with the subject of this research. At the end of the research, I interpreted the results of the questionnaire.
