Özet
İnsanlık tarihinde kapitalizm kadar etkili bir dönüşüm yaşanmamıştır. Bu dönüşüm eğitimsel ve siyasal araçlarla gerçekleşmiştir. Bu devrimle küresel sermaye güçlerinin doğmasıyla, Rönesans'tan önce devletlere aristokrasi hükmederken artık küresel sermaye hükmetmeye başlamıştır. Bu dönüşümün siyasal aracı eğitim kurumları da küresel sermayenin talepleri doğrultusunda yapılandırılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada küresel sermayenin Türk Eğitim Sistemin yapılandırılmasında etkili olduğu tezi savunulmaktadır. Bu araştırmada ayrıca Türk Eğitim Sisteminde küresel sermayenin rolü ve etkisi Rockefeller Ailesi örneği üzerinden ortaya konulması amaçlamaktadır. Rockefeller Ailesi tarafından kurulan vakfın Amerikan kapitalizminin siyasi ve ekonomik çıkarlarını arttırma girişimlerinin bir sonucu olduğu öne sürülmektedir. Bu çalışma bu konuda ortaya konulmaya çalışılan eserlerin yalnızca“İlluminati”ve Gizli Dünya Devleti" gibi spekülatif eserlerden ibaret olmadığını ortaya çıkarması bakımından önemlidir. Rockefeller Vakfı'nın, insan mühendisliğine soyunarak ürettikleri sosyal bilim ve eğitim politikalarıyla ideolojik üretim sürecinin bir parçası olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

There has't been a transformation as effective as capitalism in human history. While the aristocracy ruled the states before the Renaissance, with the emergence of global capital forces with this revolution, global capital has begun to rule the states. Educational institutions, which are the political tools of this transformation, have begun to be structured in line with the demands of global capital. In this study, it is advocated that global capital is effective in structuring the Turkish Education System. Furthermore in this study, it is aimed to reveal the role and effect of global capital in Turkish Education System through the example of Rockefeller Family. It is argued that the foundation founded by the Rockefeller Family is the result of attempts to increase the political and economic interests of American capitalism. This study is important in terms of revealing put forward on this subject are not only speculative works such as the“Illuminati”and“the Hidden World State”. It has been concluded that the Rockefeller Foundation is a part of the ideological production process with the social science and education policies they produced by embarking on human engineering.
