Özet

ÖZET Östrus siklusları 9 gün süreyle günlük 44 I.U/kg serum gonadotropin (PMSG) ile uyarılan anöstrus dönemindeki dişi köpeklerde ovulasyonlar releasing hormon (GnRH) ve chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) ile uyarılmaya çalışıldı. Gonadotropin uygulması ile östrusları uyarılmaya çalışılan 15 dişi köpekten, klinik ve vaginal sitoloji ile östruslarının uyarıldığı tesbit edilen 11 köpek 3 gruba ayrıldı. 1)GnRH grubu (n=4): Gonadotropin uygulamasının 10- 11. günleri 25 mcg gonadoreline (GnRH) I. M uygulandı. 2) hCG grubu (n=4): Uygulamanın 10-11 günleri 500I.U. hCG I. M uygulandı. 3)Kontrol grubu (n=3): Gonadotropin uygulamasını takiben herhangibir uygulama yapılmadan kontrol grubu olarak bırakıldı. Bütün köpekler östrusun 1 ve 3. günü tohumlandılar. Ovulatör uygulamasından 14-16 gün sonra laparotomi ile alınan ovaryum ve uterus morfolojik olarak incelendi. Oluşturulan siklus 2 günde bir alınan kan örnekleri ve vaginal sitoloji ile izlendi. Kan serumunda progesteron ve östradiol 17 beta seviyeleri R.I.A ile tespit edildi. Gonadotropin uygulaması ile anöstrus köpeklerde %73.3'de östrus uyanlabilmiştir. Ovulatör uygulanan köpeklerde östrus süresi kısalırken, GnRH ugulanan köpeklerde proöstrus süresi uzamıştır. Ovulatör olarak hCG uygulanan köpeklerde serum progesteron seviyesinde artış sağlanmasına rağmen ne hCG nede GnRH uygulamalarında yeterli lüteinizasyon sağlanamamıştır. 25

SUMMARY: Induction of ovulation in bitches by GnRH and HCG Ovulations were induced by GnRh and hCG in anoestrous bitches were treated daily with 44 lU/kg PMSG for 9 days. Oestrus induction were achieved in 11 of the 15 treated bitches and the 1 1 bitches were divided into three groups randomly. 1) GnRH (n=4):25mcg Gonadorelin (GnRH) was given on 10th and 11th days. 2) HCG (n=4): 500IU HCG was given on 10th and 11th days. 3) Control (n=3): PMSG for 9 days only. All of the bitches were mated on the first and third days induced estrus. Ovarium and uterus were taken surgically and examined on days 14-16 of the ovulators. Blood and vaginal smear samples were obtained prior to gonadotropin treatments and every second days until operations. Serum progesteron and östradiol 17 beta concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassay. Our findings suggest that gonadotropin treatments induced estrus in anoestrous bitches (%73.3) and the duration of the estrus were decreased in groups using ovulatör but duration of the prooestrous in GnRH group was increased. HCG was capable of stimulating the production of progesteron. However, neither HCG nor GnRH induced sufficient luteinization. 26
