Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, uzaktan eğitimle öğrenci liderliğini geliştirmek ve öğrenci liderliğinin eğitim politikasındaki önemini, eğitim yönetimi perspektifinde vurgulamaktır. Uzaktan senkron eğitimlerle uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmayla, eğitim yönetimi alanındaki öğrenci liderliği becerilerinin kazandırılması konusunda önemli bir boşluğu doldurmak hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada ön-test - son-test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, bir kontrol ve bir deney grubundan oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu Çanakkale Merkezde bulunan eğitim düzeyi eşit iki ortaokulun altıncı sınıfında öğrenim gören 64 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler ön-test, son-test, etkinliklerle ilgili nitel sorular ve rubrik ölçüm araçları ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin toplanması, çevrimiçi formlarla sağlanmıştır. Çevrimiçi ortamda toplanan ön-test ve son-test verileri, SPSS21 programı ile test edilmiştir. Çalışmada yer alan nitel soruların yanıtları, betimsel analiz ile incelenmiştir. Rubrik dereceli puanlama anahtarı ile elde edilen veriler, öğrenci liderliği becerisi kazandırma düzeyinin anlaşılmasında destekleyici unsur olarak değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, deney ve kontrol grubu ön-test puanları arasında anlamlı fark görülmemiş, grupların homojenliği istatistiksel olarak ifade edilmiştir. Deney ve kontrol gruplarında ön-test - son-test puanları arasında anlamlı fark görülmüştür. Deney ve kontrol grupları son-test puanları arasında yine anlamlı fark görülmüştür. Öğrenci liderliği alt boyutları ile aktivitelerin, liderliği yüksek oranda açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. Regresyon analizi neticesinde tüm modüllerin, programın başarısı ile anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde öğrencilerin en çok oyun içeren etkinliklere ilgi gösterdikleri görülmüştür. Ayrıca takım çalışması gerektiren etkinliklerde daha hevesli oldukları anlaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, altıncı sınıf öğrencilerinde uzaktan eğitim ile öğrenci liderliği becerilerinin geliştirilebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrenci liderliği becerisi kazandırılmasında, uygulamanın önemi anlaşılmıştır. Sosyal medya liderliğinin z kuşağı öğrencileri için önemi bir kez daha kanıtlanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to develop student leadership through distance education and to emphasize the importance of student leadership in education policy from the perspective of education management. Applications were made with remote synchronous trainings. With this study, it is aimed to fill an important gap in the acquisition of student leadership skills in the field of educational administration. Experimental design with pre-test - post-test control group was used in the study. The study consists of a control and an experimental group. The study group consists of 64 students studying in the sixth grade of two secondary schools with equal education level in Çanakkale Center. Data were obtained with pre-test, post-test, qualitative questions about activities and rubric measurement tools. Data collection was provided by online forms. The pre-test and post-test data collected online were tested with the SPSS21 program. The answers to the qualitative questions in the study were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The data obtained with the rubric rubric were evaluated as a supporting element in understanding the level of gaining student leadership skills. According to the findings of the study, there was no significant difference between the pre-test scores of the experimental and control groups, and the homogeneity of the groups was expressed statistically. There was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental and control groups. Again, a significant difference was observed between the post-test scores of the experimental and control groups. It has been determined that student leadership sub-dimensions and activities explain leadership at a high rate. As a result of the regression analysis, it was seen that all modules had a significant relationship with the success of the program. As a result of the findings, it was seen that the students showed the most interest in the activities involving games. In addition, it has been understood that they are more enthusiastic in activities that require teamwork. As a result, it has been concluded that student leadership skills can be improved with distance education in sixth grade students. The importance of practice in gaining student leadership skills has been understood. The importance of social media leadership for generation z students has been proven once again.
