Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; Giresun İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı okullarda görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmelerinin iş doyum düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmada verilerin toplanılması için katılımcılara 2 bölümden oluşan ölçek formu doldurtularak uygulanmıştır. Giresun İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünde 2019-2020 eğitim- öğretim yılı içerisinde görev yapan 144'ü erkek 36'sı kadın toplam 180 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni çalışmaya katılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçek iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen demografik bilgi formu (Ek 2), ikinci bölümde ise; kamu çalışanlarının iş doyumlarını ölçmek amacıyla Weiss, Davis, England, Lofquist (1967) tarafından geliştirilen, Baycan (1985) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan 20 maddelik 5'li likert tipli ve 2 alt boyuttan oluşan Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği (Ek 2) (içsel bağlılık ve dışsal bağlılık) kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa değeri = 0.77 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen veriler elektronik ortama aktarılarak Microsoft Windows için SPSS v22.0 istatistik yazılımını kullanarak çeşitli istatistik analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdiği için ikili değişkenlerde t-testi uygulanmış, üçlü ve daha fazla değişkenlerde one-way anova testi yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Yapılan analizler sonucunda, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin içsel, dışsal ve genel doyum puanlarında; cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, çalıştığı okul, görev yeri, yaş, aylık gelir ve hizmet yılı değişkenlerine göre herhangi bir anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır. Sonuç: Yapılan araştırma sonucunda beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin iş doyumu düzeylerinin; cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, çalıştığı okul, görev yeri, yaş, aylık gelir ve hizmet yılı değişkenlerine göre herhangi bir anlamlı farklılık yoktur. Fakat çalıştığı okul değişkeninde sadece istatiksel olarak farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. İlköğretim okulların da görev yapan öğretmenlerin iş doyumu algıları istatiksel olarak yüksek bulunmuş iken, lise de görev yapan öğretmenlerin iş doyumları istatiksel olarak düşük bulunmuştur. Nitekim bu araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin iş doyum düzeyleri, söz konusu değişkenlere göre belirleyici bir unsur olmadığı söylenebilir.

Özet (Çeviri)

Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the job satisfaction of the Physical Education and Sports Teachers working in the Giresun Provincial Directorate of National Education. Materials and Methods: In order to collect data in the study, a scale form consisting of 2 parts was filled by the participants and applied. A total of 180 physical education and sports teachers, 144 male and 36 female, working in Giresun Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2019-2020 academic year participated in the study. The scale used in the research consists of two parts. In the first part; A demographic information form (Appendix 2) developed by the researcher was used. In the second part, a 20-item 5-point Likert type Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale with 2 sub-dimensions (inner commitment and outer commitment) developed by Weiss, Davis, England, Lofquist (1967) and adapted to Turkish by Baycan (1985) was used to measure the job satisfaction of public employees. The Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was found to be 0.77. The obtained data were transferred to electronic media and subjected to various statistical analyzes using SPSS v22.0 statistical software for Microsoft Windows. Since the data showed normal distribution, t-test was applied in binary variables, and one-way anova test was performed in triple and more variables. Results: As a result of the analysis, no significant difference was found in the internal, external and general satisfaction scores of physical education and sports teachers according to the variables of gender, marital status, education level, school, place of work, age, monthly income and years of service. Conclusion: As a result of the research, there is no significant difference in the job satisfaction levels of physical education and sports teachers according to the variables of gender, marital status, education level, school, place of work, age, monthly income and years of service. However, it was determined that there was a numerical difference in the variable of the school he worked in. While the job satisfaction perceptions of the teachers working in primary schools were found numerically high, the job satisfaction of teachers working in high schools was found to be low numerically. As a matter of fact, it can be said that the job satisfaction levels of the physical education and sports teachers participating in this research are not a determining factor according to the mentioned variables
