This thesis inclueding, the stylobate design of the Leto Temple, located in the Letoon Sanctuary, which is one of the important worship areas of the Lycian Region and included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988, was examined and an anthropometric analysis was made. The tradition of building, which is a technological development in ancient architecture; The design is based on symmetry and mathematical proportions. The subject of how the rules of strict symmetry and proportion are established in the design of the temples was handled through the module, and the analysis of the building was made together with the building elements from the smallest building stone. For this, the Leto Temple, which continues the building traditions of Anatolia, which has an important place in the history of civilization, was chosen. As Vitruvius states in his book De Architectura, the essence of symmetry lies in nature. The more perfect the design of nature, the stronger the part-whole relationship of the building should be. The perfect proportions of the human body were used for the anthropometric analysis of the Leto Temple, and the module found was divided into dimensions such as the fathom, forearm, and finger, with the proportions coming out of the human body. The measure of the hypotenuse of the right triangle arising from the diagonal of the square also indicated an important measure for deciphering. Thanks to these measurements, the ratios of the building elements and their relations with each other have been reached. The design method of the Leto Temple, the proportions coming out of the module to be determined and its deciphering will form an important basis for the studies to be carried out on other important archaeological structures in Anatolia. It is aimed to bring the concrete scale of the earliest examples of recurrent movements in the Renaissance to the literature. Future local studies may enable anthropometric dating of the built heritage. It will be a pioneering study in Anatolia to determine the value of the unit of measure.
