Özet (Çeviri)
Religion can have an essential role individuals both daily life and work life. It is known that 80 percentages of people in the USA have a religious faith. The religious division contains 71.3 percentage of the people are Christian, 5.9 percentage of individuals are non-Christian and 22 per cents are unaffiliated (Pew Research Center, 2015 cited in Heliot et all. 2017) .However, according to statistics, although, the number is extremely homogeneity in Turkey in terms of religion, it shows slight differences according to individual's branches. The number of religious people in Turkey involves 99.2 per cent Muslim and 0.4 per cent others religions (Turkish Presidency of religious affairs , 2014).Even though, the 99.2 percentage of people believe the same religion, the individuals have different denominations. According to the research of the religious life in Turkey, 2014, the 77.5 per cent of individuals are Hanafi, 11.1 the percentage of people are Shafi, the 0.1 percentage of people are Hanbeli, the 0.03 percentage of people are Maliki, the 0.1 per cent of individuals are Caferi ,6.3 percentage of people does not have any branches and there is not any information from the 2.4 per cent of people about their denominations (Turkish Presidency of religious affairs , 2014). Therefore, when it is thought that 'a large segment of the workforce may identified with a religion' as well as a branch, there are signal that religious faith and commitments can influence workers' 'attitudes towards the performance of occupational duties' (Heliot et all., 2017) in this regard, the purpose of the currently study is to determine the relation between religious and occupational identity in terms of conflict, coexistence or complementarity at workplace. The exploratory research attempts to identify whether the religious identity have a positive or negative impact on individuals motivations at workplace or not. This study specifically evaluates how impact a religious identity and religious commitment of Turkish Muslim Senior Managers to their occupational identity at workplace. There are several studies that directed the issue in a revealing, focused way; however these assisted to demonstrated interim result about the relationship between religious and occupational identity and the implications for employees, work teams and organisations, but there can be a lack of qualitative research conducted in the area, so the qualitative research was conducted so as to respond the possible gap in the area via strong, meaningful data and personal insights. The result has been analysed and indicated that there is significant and positive complementarity between religious commitment of the Turkish Muslim senior manager in Turkey and their occupational identity. The result also shows that the religious identity cannot cause any conflicts among to the managers. On the other hand, it highlighted that the religious commitment can cause several conflicts which are an unawareness of the religious values among colleagues, a forcing of the co-workers for doing religious acts and a forbidden of worships of individuals at workplace. Lastly, the research tried to illustrates that how the possible conflicts can be overcome at workplace.
