Özet
Geçmişten günümüze endüstriyel alanın baş döndürecek şekilde hız göstermesi toplumun yapısında değişimlere neden olmuştur. Bu değişimler toplum yapısının temelini oluşturan kültürü ve kültürün ögelerini etkilemiştir. Türklerin tarihinden günümüze kadar varlığını sürdüren ve köklü bir geleneğe sahip olan âşıklık/ozanlık geleneği matbaanın icadı ile yazılı kültüre, teknolojinin gelişmesi ile de elektronik kültür ortamına devinimi söz konusu olmuştur. Âşıklık/ozanlık geleneğinin gelişen teknoloji karşısında yaşadığı değişim ve dönüşüm araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Sivas, âşıklık/ozanlık geleneğinin yaşandığı ve yaşatılmaya çalışıldığı yerdir.“Göl yerinden su eksik olmaz”atasözü tamda“âşık/ozan yatağı”olan Sivas için söylenmiştir. Divriği ise bu bağlamda Sivas'a bir zenginlik katmaktadır. Sayıca fazla âşık ve ozan yetiştiren Divriği, yöresel tavrıyla halk müziğine kazandırmış olduğu eserlerle özel bir bölgedir. Araştırma, Divriği bölgesi ile sınırlandırılmış olup geleneği temsil ve icra eden beş kişi ile görüşme sağlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamı, değişimin yaşandığı kültür, teknoloji, eğitim, ekonomi, sosyal ve siyasi alanlarının âşıklık/ozanlık geleneğine etkisini ele alarak belirlenmiştir. Söz konusu bu alanlarla ilgili görüşme soruları, Divriği yöresi gelenek temsilcilerine yöneltilmiş ve araştırmanın verileri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile düzenlenerek bulgular oluşturulmuş, görüşme sorularına verilen cevaplar doğrultusunda yorumlanmış ve sonuçlar raporlandırılarak sunulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda âşıklık/ozanlık geleneği ve bu geleneğin temsilindeki değişimde kültür, teknoloji, sosyal ve siyasal alanlardaki değişim ve dönüşümün oldukça etkili olduğu görülmektedir.

The stunning speed of the industrial field from past to present, caused some changes in the nature of the society. These changes have affected the culture and culture's elements which are the basis for the nature of the society. Likewise, the tradition of bardship, which has continued its existence since the beginning of Turhish History and has a deep rooted tradition, has also been affected by this change. The tradition of bardship which is the product of an oral culture, moved into written culture with the invention of the press and then into electronic culture environment with the development of technology. The subject of our research, the change or revolution in the tradition of minstrel/bardship alongside with technology is the aim of this work. Sivas is the city where the tradition of minstrel/bardship is alive and is tried to be kept alive.“Where there is a lake, there is the water”proverb is the exact equivalent of Sivas which is the home for bards. And Divriği, in this sense, enriches Sivas. Divriği, where abundant quantity of bards have grown up, is an exclusive district with its local attitude contributing a lot to its Works of arts. This research has been limited to Divriği district and five interviews were done with those who represent and perform this tradition. The content of this research has been determined considering the affects of the changes in cultural, technological, educational, social and political fields in the tradition of minstrel/bardship. The interview questions about the topic being talked about were directed to the representatives of the tradition and thus the data of the research has been abtained.Obtained data has been organised with descriptive analysis method and the findings have been created, the answers given to the inteview questions have been interpreted and the results have been served in a report. In the direction of the result obtained during the research, it is clearly seen that the changes and the revolution in cultural, technological, social and political fields are highly affective on the tradition of minstrel/bardship and representation of it.
