Özet
Belleğin Politikası, içinde yaşadığımız Gerçek Zaman çağının politik karakterine dair bir kavrayış geliştirme ve onun özgül niteliğini kuramsallaştırma uğraşındadır. Çalışma bu doğrultuda, Gerçek Zaman çağına özgü siyasetin niteliğini, onun failleri ve işleyişiyle birlikte ortaya koymakta, bu işleyiş bağlamında siyasal olanın imkânına dair bir çözümleme gerçekleştirmektedir. Bunu yaparken, aynı zamanda bir duyum, bir görme ve duyma biçimi olan kavram inşasına girişen çalışma, eylemlerin ve eylemlere yönelik tepkilerin kısıtlı bir zaman-mekân içinde, zamansal ve mekânsal bir ânındalık dâhilinde anlam kazandığı gerçek zaman çağının politik niteliğini Güncellik, Sınırsızlık ve Mesafe kavramları çerçevesinde ele almayı önermektedir. Ontolojik zeminini Ludwig Wittgenstein felsefesinden edinen Belleğin Politikası, düşünürün istenç, sınır ve imgelem kavramları çerçevesinde farklı düşünsel yaklaşımlarla kuramsal bir diyalog ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmanın kavramsal yaratımı bu düşünsel diyalogdan beslenmektedir. Bu bağlamda sınırsız bir Dünya'nın, Güncellik içinde bir deneyimin ifadesi olan Gerçek Zaman çağında siyaset, salt güncelliklerin pratiğine dönüşmüştür. Güncellik, salt belleğin hükmünde bir işleyişe sahip olan, hız deneyimi ve teknolojik aygıtların bileşkesinde vuku bulan bir duyumsama rejimidir. Güncellikler ise siyaset pratiğinin yüzeysel ve geçişken bir niteliğe sahip kolektif failleridir. Çalışmanın aslî iddiası bu doğrultuda, siyasetin Güncellik içinde ve güncelliklerin hükmünde, salt“özne”duyumlarının pekişmesini amaçlayan edilgin bir pratiğe dönüşmüş olması; siyasalın da sınırsızlığın yüzeyinde bir sınır eşiği yaratacak“mesafe”de olanaklı olmasıdır. Siyasalın potansiyelini barındıran mesafe bu bağlamda, ânın etkin duyumu olarak, imgelemin özgürleştiği, çıplaklık ve sessizliğin bileşkesinde vuku bulan bilinçli ve özerk bir edimdir.

The Politics of Memory strives to develop an understanding of the political character of the Real-Time era in which we experience, and to theorize its specific essence. In this sense, the study endeavors to reveal the nature of the politics peculiar to the Real-Time era, including its agents and functioning, and performs an analysis of the potentiality of the political in the context of this functioning. In the process of analysis, the study deals with the creation of concepts, which also is a sensation, a way of seeing and hearing, reflects the political nature of the real-time era in which facts and reactions to facts gain meaning within a limited time-space and within a temporal and spatial instantaneity. The Politics of Memory, which takes its ontological ground from the philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein, presents a theoretical dialogue with different intellectual approaches within the framework of Wittgensteinian concepts of the will, limit and imagination. The conceptual creation of the study is derived from this dialogue. In this regard, politics in the Real-Time era which will be defined as the expression of a limitless World, an experience in the Timeliness, has turned into a practice of timelinesses. Timeliness is a regime of sensibility that operates under the power of memory alone, that occurs at the intersection of speed experience and technological apparatus. A timeliness, on the other hand, is the collective agent of practice of politics, with a superficial and transitionary character. Accordingly, the essential claim of the study is that politics has turned into a passive practice that aims to consolidate the sense of“subject”in the Timeliness and under the supremacy of timelinesses; the political is also possible at the“distance”that will create the edge of the limit on the surface of the limitlessness. In this context, the distance that contains the potentiality of the political is a conscious and autonomous act that takes place at the junction of nudity and silence, in which the imagination is emancipated, as the active sense of the moment.
