Özet
Bu çalışmada, depolanmış tahılların önemli zararlılarından olan Sitophilus granarius (L.), S. oryzae (L.) ve Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) 'nın toplamda 30 böcek/kap yoğunluğunda farklı kombinasyonlarında ve farklı muamele sürelerinde (30, 60 ve 90 gün) pirinç üzerinde meydana getirdiği zarar araştırılmıştır. Çalışma 9 tekerrürlü olarak her bir kapta 50 g pirinç üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Uygulama süresinin sonunda böcekler üründen uzaklaştırılmış ve kap içeriği ağırlığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, muamele süresi sonunda üründen 50'şer adet tane alınarak zarar görmüş tane miktarı belirlenmiştir. Kaplardaki ürün elenerek atıklar ve diğer kısım tartılmış ve tekrar aynı kaba alınarak 60 gün sonra gelişen F1 ergin sayımı yapılmıştır. Muamele süresi sonunda tespit edilen ergin miktarı 30 günlük uygulama süresi sonunda artmadığı, fakat özellikle 90 günlük süre sonunda arttığı, en fazla ergin miktarı S. oryzae + R. dominica kombinasyonunda tespit edilmiştir. Muamele süresi sonunda tespit edilen ergin miktarı %75 nemde %55 nemdekine kıyasla daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Muamele süresi boyunca konulan yumurtalardan gelişen F1 ergin miktarı muamele süresi arttıkça artmıştır. En fazla F1 ergin gelişimi S. granarius + S. oryzae + R. dominica kombinasyonunda 90 günlük muamele süresinde belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca gelişen F1 ergin miktarı tüm kombinasyonlarda %75 nemde %55 nemdekine kıyasla daha fazla olmuştur. Elek üstü tane ağırlığında en yüksek kayıp S. granarius + S. oryzae + R. dominica kombinasyonunda gerçekleşirken zarar uygulama süresi arttıkça artmıştır, benzer bulgular elek altı toz miktarı için de geçerli olmuştur. Zarar görmüş tane miktarı uygulama süresindeki artışa paralel olarak artmıştır. S. granarius + S. oryzae kombinasyonunda gelişen F1 erginlerin büyük çoğunluğu S. oryzae olurken; S. granarius + R. dominica kombinasyonunda gelişen F1 erginlerin büyük çoğunluğu R. dominica olmuştur. Benzer durum S. oryzae + R. dominica kombinasyonunda F1 erginlerin çoğunluğu R. dominica olmuştur. Her üç zararlının bulunduğu kombinasyonda da F1 erginlerinde çoğunluk R. dominica olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study, the damage on the rice were investigated in all combinations of Sitophilus granarius, S. oryzae and Rhyzopertha dominica at a total of 30 adults for different exposure times (30, 60 and 90 d). In the experiment, there were a total of 30 adults on 50 g rice in each vial with nine repetitions. At the end of exposure time insects were removed from vials, then the weight of rice was measured. At the same time, 50 kernel were sampled from each vial for the determination of the number of insect damaged kernel. Rice in the vial were sieved and the kernel and frass were weighed. Then, both kernel and frass were placed into the corresponding vial and returned into the insectary for 60 d for F1 adults counting. In the experiment, the number of released adults at the beginning were increased with the increased exposure time. The highest number of adults were recorded in the combination of S. oryzae + R. dominica. The number of adults at the end of exposure times at 75% r.h. were higher than at the 55% r.h. F1 adults were increased with the increase of exposure times. The highest F1 adults were recorded at S. granarius + S. oryzae + R. dominica combination at 90 d of exposure. The number of F1 adults in all combinations at 75% r.h. were higher than at the 55% r.h. Highest sifted kernel weight was recorded at S. granarius + S. oryzae + R. dominica combination and weight loss were increased with exposure times. Similar results were also recorded for the weight of frass. The number of damaged kernels were increased with increased exposure time. The number of S. oryzae F1 adults in S. granarius + S. oryzae combination were higher; the number of R. dominica F1 adults in S. granarius + R. dominica combination were higher than the other species; the number of R. dominica F1 adults in S. oryzae + R. dominica combination were higher than the other species. In the combination of three species, R. dominica F1 adults number were higher then the other species.
