Özet
Çalışmanın genel amacı okul öncesi anne psikoeğitim programının annelerin öz yeterlik algılarına ve çocukları ile iletişimine etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmanın evrenini, Konya ilinin Selçuklu ilçesinde bulunan 4-6 yaş arası okul öncesi dönem çocuğa sahip anneler oluşturmuştur. Öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılacak anneleri belirlemek amacıyla ihtiyaç analizi formu uygulanmıştır. Yapılan ihtiyaç analizi sonucunda, eğitim programına ihtiyaç duyan, eğitim programına katılabilecek gönüllü 20 anne deney grubunu oluşturmuştur. 20 anne ise kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Eğitim programının her biri 90 dakika olmak üzere 10 oturumdur. Araştırmanın verileri Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Anne-Baba-Çocuk İletişimini Değerlendirme Aracı (ABÇİDA) ve Ebeveyn Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Parametrik olmayan analizler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, anne psikoeğitiminin deney grubunda yer alan annelerin konuşma, dinleme ve empati alt boyutlarından oluşan iletişimlerinin artmasında; ilgi, disiplin ve katılım alt boyutlarından oluşan öz yeterlik algılarının gelişmesinde anlamlı etkisi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Buna karşın, annelerin mesaj ve sözsüz iletişim; bakım ve sağlık alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı sonucu elde edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda araştırmaya ve uygulamaya yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The overall aim of the study is to examine the effect of the preschool mother psychoeducation program on mothers' perceptions of self-sufficiency and communication with their children. The universe of the study was created by mothers with preschool children between the ages of 4 and 6 in Selçuklu district of Konya province. Preliminary test - final test, control group semi-experimental pattern was used. A needs analysis form was applied to determine the mothers who would participate in the study. As a result of the needs analysis, 20 volunteer mothers who needed an educational program and could participate in the training program formed the experimental group. The control group was consisted of 20 mothers. The training program is 10 sessions for 90 minutes each. The data of the research were collected by Personal Information Form, Parent-Child Communication Evaluation Tool (ABÇİDA) and Parental Self-Sufficiency Scale. Non-parametric analyses were used. In the study, mothers in the experimental group of mother psychoeducation increased communication consisting of speech, listening and empathy sub-dimensions; it has been concluded that it has a meaningful effect on the development of self-sufficiency perceptions consisting of the sub-dimensions of interest, discipline and participation. By contrast, mothers' messages and nonverbal communication; it was concluded that it had no meaningful effect on the lower dimensions of care and health. In line with the results obtained from the research, recommendations for research and implementation have been developed.
