The primary purpose of this project is to see whether eco and nature-based tourists care about the disposal of waste at the campsite of New Forest. This topic was chosen specifically to see whether the rising litter maintenance is being taken care by properly at the campsites. This is important because it can help in the reduction of environmental damage. This research is willing to explore the desire to investigate whether the tourists have enough knowledge about the ecotourism. For this, the quantitative research methodology was used in order to find relevant answers for the research question. The research was carried out at two campsites namely Sandy Balls and Ashurst campsites. About 172 respondents replied to the survey at these places. It was observed that eco and nature-based tourists actually care about litter waste management at new forest campsite even though they are not particularly aware of the term ecotourism They found themselves responsible to save the tourist places by managing the litter as far as possible. Therefore it is recommended that tourists be more educated to better understand other aspects of ecotourism and the environment
