Immigration is a big problem on the country economies in the globalization the world. Due to the fact that the rate of world population has been going up increasingly. For this reason, migrants may have a positive or negative impact on employment in the countries. It is well-known that unemployment is a significant issue on the economies of countries. Although the governments try to find the solution for this problem, they may not be successful at all the time due to following reasons. It can be said that immigrations are one of these reasons. This study is analysed the relationship between immigration and unemployment. Also, it will be indicated the effect on the wages. Moreover, this dissertation will focus on the last four decades and use some data from other studies which are done on the unemployment. It is fact that this dissertation is focused on the European countries; Italy, France, Austria and the UK from 1970 to 2010.
