Özet

Sesin insan bedeni ile bağlantısal bütünsellik içerisinde oluşunun incelendiği ve her şeyin titreşimlerden meydana gelmiş olması, dolayısıyla da ses olduğu düşüncesinden yola çıkarak,“ses olan beden”kavramı doğrultusunda“Ses ve Bedenin Bütünselliğiyle Solo Çağdaş Dans Koreografisi Yaratmak”odağında tez eser metni çalışmalarını gerçekleştirdim. Bu çalışma aynı zamanda, insan vokal sesinin ve hareketinin aracılığıyla beden sağaltımı sağlayan çalışmaların deneyimlenmesi sonucu geliştirdiğim ve önerilen egzersizlerle ses beden pratiklerinin ortaya konulma sürecini aktarmaktadır. Bununla birlikte bedendeki travmalardan, yüklerden, blokajlardan arınma ve bedenin evrensel enerji ile akortlanma ihtiyacından açığa çıkan“Ses-Beden Pratikleri”nin bir dans sanatçısı, performans sanatçısı tarafından tasarlanan, solo çağdaş dans üretim sürecine olan kinestetik virtüözite katkısını da araştırdım. Bu bağlamda, üretimini gerçekleştirdiğim“Ateş Kuşu”isimli solo çağdaş dans koreografisini, ses beden alanını deneyimlemek, daha derinden idrak edebilmek, duyumsanabileceği bir alan yaratarak paylaşabilmek amacıyla tasarlanarak belgelendi ve bu süreci destekleyen inceleme ve araştırmalarla birlikte bu da tez metni oluşturuldu. The sound is a holistic connection with the human body, and everything is made up of vibrations and sound. For this reason, I carried out the thesis text studies with the focus on“Creating a Solo Contemporary Dance Choreography with the Integrity of Sound and Body”in line with the concept of“body as sound”. This study conveys the process of revealing sound body practices with the exercises that I developed and suggested as a result of experiencing the studies that provide body healing through the human vocal voice and movement. I also researched the contribution of“Sound Body Practices”, which emerged from the need to eliminate traumas, burdens and blockages in the body and to tune the body with universal energy, through the kinesthetic virtuosity of a solo contemporary dance production process by a dance and performance artist. In this context, my solo contemporary dance choreography is entitled“Firebird”, which I produced, designed, and documented with the intention of experiencing the sound body field, whilst understanding it more deeply and creating a space where it can be felt. this thesis was created together with the studies and research supporting this process.
