Özet
Kur'ân'ı Kerim, evrensel mesajlar içeren hidayet kaynağı ilahî kitaptır. Bundan dolayı Kur'ân'ın her asırda yeni tefsirlerinin yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. İlk tefsir faaliyeti Hz. Peygamber (sas) tarafından başlatılmıştır. Bu dönemde oluşan rivâyetler, sonraki asırlarda tefsir çalışmalarında kaynak olarak kullanılmıştır. Kur'ân, muhtevası açısından itikad, ibadet, ahlak gibi temel konular yanında kıssalardan da haber vermektedir. Kur'ân'ın yaklaşık üçte birine tekâbül eden kıssalar, peygamberler ve çeşitli milletlerin âkıbetlerinden bahsetmektedir. Çalışmamızın konusu,“Kehf Sûresi'nde Bulunan Kıssalar”olacaktır. Bu kıssalar hakkında pek çok akademik çalışma yapılmış olup günümüz itibarıyla da tartışmaları devam etmekte ve bunlar her kesim tarafından ilgi duyulan konular arasında yer almaktadır. Kıssalar özelinde bakıldığı zaman, Kur'ân'da müstakil olarak bulunan Ashâb-ı Kehf, Hz. Mûsâ-Hızır ve Zülkarneyn kıssaları hakkında akademik alandaki çalışma ve tartışmalar güncelliğini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda Hicrî III-IV. yy.da yaşamış ve rivâyet tefsirinin en önemli isimlerinden Taberî'nin Câmiu'l-Beyân an Te'vîli Âyi'l-Kur'ân tefsiri ile Hicrî VI-VII. yy.da yaşamış ve dirâyet tefsirinin zirvesi kabul edilen Râzî'nin Mefâtîhu'l-Gayb adlı tefsirleri doğrultusunda; Kehf Sûresi'ndeki kıssalar mukayeseli olarak değerlendirmeye tâbi tutulmuştur. Çalışmamızda: Taberî ve Râzî'ye göre Ashâb-ı Kehf, İki Bahçe Meseli, Hz. Âdem-İblîs, Hz. Mûsâ-Hızır ve Zülkarneyn kıssalarının tefsirleri, yorumlanmasındaki ortak ve farklı yönlerine dikkat çekilerek mukayeseli bir metotla değerlendirilmiştir. Tezimiz bir giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş Bölümü'nde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi ve kaynaklarına yer verilmiştir. Birinci Bölüm, iki başlık şeklinde ele alınmıştır. İlk başlıkta, rivâyet ve dirâyet tefsir yöntemlerinin ilk dönemlerden itibaren Tefsir Usûlü kapsamında kavramsal gelişimi ve günümüze dair tartışmalı hususlarına dikkat çekilmiştir. Aynı doğrultuda Câmiu'l-Beyân ve Mefâtîhu'l-Gayb adlı eserlerin tefsir yöntemlerine yer verilmiştir. Kıssalara yönelik ikinci başlığımızda ise kıssaların mâhiyeti, amacı ve tarihî gerçekliği ve kaynağı üzerindeki tartışmalara değinilmiştir. İkinci Bölümde ise kıssalar Kehf Sûresi'ndeki sıralarına göre Taberî ve Râzî'de ayetlerin tefsiri, yöntemleri, kıraatlerin anlama etkisi, müfessirlerimizin dilbilimsel açıklamaları, kelamî, fıkhî, bilimsel izahları ile tercih ve görüşleri ele alınmıştır. Her iki müfessirimizin ayetlerin tefsirine dair ortak ve farklı yönlerine dikkat çekilmiştir. Ayrıca Taberî'nin rivâyet yöntemi ile ele aldığı Târîhu'l-Ümem adlı eserinden kaynak olarak faydalanılmıştır. Taberî'nin Tefsir ve Tarihinde örtüşen veya farklı bulunan rivâyetlere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise mukayeseli bir biçimde Taberî ve Râzî'nin kıssalar hakkındaki farklı ve ortak görüşleri ele alınarak tespitleri ortaya konmuştur.

ABSTRACT The Koran is the divine book that contains universal messages. For his reason, it was necessary to make new interpretations of the Koran in every century. The first translation activity was started during the time of the Prophet and by him himself. The narrations formed in this period were used as a source for Koranic tafsir studies in the following centuries. In terms of its content, the Koran informs its believers about basic issues such as creed, worship and morality, as well as stories. Encompassins a third part of the Koran, talk about the advencure of prophets and various nations. The subject of our study will be“Qissa in the Surah Kahf.”Many academic studies have been made about these qisas, and their discussions continue as of today and they are among the topics of interest to all segments. When we look at the qisas specifically the companions of the Koran who are independent in the Koran are studies and discussions in the academic field about the of qisas of Ashab al Kahf, Moses-Khidr and Dhu al-Qarnayn are still up to date. In this study, hijri III-IV. with the interpretations of Cami'al-Beyan an Te'wili Ay al-Quran by Tabari, who lived in the 16th century and is the most important name of the narration commentary, the hijri VI-VII. ın line wiht the interpretations of Razi, named Mefatih al-Gayb, who lived in the 16th century and is accepted as the dirayetih; the qisas in the chapter of al-Kahf have been evaluated comparatively. In our study: According to Tabari and Razi, the Companions of the Kahf, The Parable of the Two Garden, Hz. Adam-Iblis, Hz. The commentaries of Musa-Khidr and Dhu al-Qarnayn gisas were evaluated with a comparative method by drawing attention to their common and different aspects in their interpretation. Our thesis consists of an introduction and two main parts. İn the ıntroduction the aim, scope, method and sources of the study are given. The first chapter is handled in two titles. In the first chapter, the conceptual development of the methods of narration and dirayeh tafsir within the scope of tafsir method from the early periods and the controversial issues of today are pointed out. In the same direction, the exegesis methods of the works named Camiu'l-Beyan and Mefatihu'l-Gayb are included. In our second title on the qisas, the discussions on the nature, purpose and historical reality of the qisas are mentioned. In the second part, the interpretation of the verses in Tabari and Razi, their methods, the effect of readings on understanding the linguistic explanations of our commentators their theological jurisprudential scientific explanations and their preferences and opinions are discussed according to the order of the qissa in the chapter of al-Kahf. The common and different aspects of both our commentators regarding the interpretation of have been taken addition, Tabari's work named Tarihu'l-Umem, which he handled with the method of narration, was used as a source. In Tabari's Tafsir and qissa there are overlapping or different narrations. In the conslusion part, the different and common views of Tabari and Razi about the parables are discussed in a comparative way and their determinations are revealed.
