Özet
Türkiye'de inşaat ve gayrimenkul sektöründe görülen yükselme sebebiyle piyasaların hukuki yönden alt yapısının hazırlanmasına ve gayrimenkul değerlemesine yönelik adımlar atılmış olarak gayrimenkul değerleme çok büyük bir önem kazanmıştır. Uluslararası Değerleme Standartları'nın kabulü ile değerlemenin daha sağlıklı şekilde yapılması, kurumsal bir gayrimenkul finansman sisteminin oluşturulmasıyla gayrimenkul değerinin doğru bir şekilde yapılması ve hisse senetlerinin doğru ve sağlıklı olarak oluşmasında katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır.

Because of the rise seen in the market construction and real estate sector in Turkey to prepare the legal aspects of the infrastructure and the steps taken for the real estate appraisal real estate appraisal it has gained a great importance too. With the adoption of International Valuation Standards, it is aimed to make the valuation in a healthier way, to create a corporate real estate finance system, to make the real estate value properly and to contribute to the formation of the stocks in a correct and healthy manner. The interest in the Real Estate Investment Trusts sector has increased considerably in order to improve the real estate sector in recent years. Real Estate Investment Trusts; It is the whole of the partnerships that provide the necessary capital for the financing of the real estates investing in the capital market instruments. Investors receive a certain amount of shares from the portfolios. This allows investors to invest in commercial real estate projects with their limited capital and to take a sample from the benefits benefited from these projects. For this reason, Real Estate Investment Trusts are an important tool for protecting investors against inflation.
