Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada 1991 yılında Sovyetler Birliği'nin dağılmasıyla bağımsızlığına kavuşan Özbekistan Cumhuriyeti'nin planlı ekonomiden piyasa ekonomisine geçiş sürecinde bu dönemlerin genel ekonomik yapısı ve bu dönemlerde karşılaştığı sorunlar, ekonominin bundan sonraki gelişmesinde ülkenin potansiyeli çeşitli yönlerden incelenmiştir. Ekonomisi 74 yıl boyunca merkezi planlama sistemi ile yönlendirilen Özbekistan Cumhuriyeti'nin, bu sistem etkisi altında gelişen ekonomisi 1991 yılından öncesi ve sonraki dönemleri itibariyle tarım, sanayi ve hizmet sektörleri olarak genel bir çerçeve içinde analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Özbekistan'ın ülke coğrafyası, iklimi, toprak ve su yapısı, nüfusu, sanayi sektörünün genel yapısı ve sanayi dallarına göre gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Ülke ekonomisinin ana damarını oluşturan tarım sektöründe ise bitkisel ve hayvansal üretim, tarımda girdi kullanımı, tarimsal mekanizasyon ve sulama konuları incelenmiştir. Hizmetler sektöründe ise eğitim, sağlık, bankacılık, sigortacılık ve ulaşım gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın dış ticaret kısmında ülkenin BDT ve diğer ülkelere yaptığı ihracat ve ithalatı, Türkiye ile olan ihracat ve ithalatı ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmada Özbekistan ekonomisinin planlı ekonomiden piyasa ekonomisine geçiş sürecinde ulaştığı noktalar ve sorunlar araştırılmıştır.

SUMMARY In this workload I have examined the Uzbekistan Republic's pass thru from planned econnomy to free market econnomy stage, after the collation of the Soviet Union in 1991. During this passage period I have inspected from diffrent angles the general economical situation, the problems occured during this period and the potential of the economy in the country from now on. Uzbek Republics economy have been controlled by central planning during 74 years, I have analized the affect of the Soviet system before and after 1991 on Agriculture, Industry and General Services Brunch in general view. In this theises, the geography, weather, land and water, population, the general establishment of industry with the improvement according thru the brunches, have been throughly worked over. The main life support in this countries' econnomy is Agriculture. In agriculture plantations, breeding of animals, the mechanization and water canalizations have been inspected. In General Service brunches I have worked over on education, health, bank industry, insurance industry and transportation. On Foreign trade section, the countries export and import relations with Common Wealth and other countries, export and import relations with Turkey has been inspected. Also in this work, the problems of Uzbekistan occured during this passage from planned econnomy to free market and to what extend they were climbed up was worked on for finalization.
