Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, 5 ve 6 yaşlarında çocuğu olan annelerin toplumsal cinsiyet algıları ve çocuklarına gösterdikleri duygu sosyalleştirme davranışları ile çocukların annelerine bağlanma biçiminin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, toplumsal cinsiyet algısının annelerin doğum öncesi cinsiyet beklentisi ve doğum şekline yönelik seçimlerini ne yönde etkilediği de incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Bursa'da okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında eğitim gören toplam 139 olmak üzere, 5-6 yaş kız ve erkek çocuklar ile aynı çocukların anneleri araştırmaya katılmıştır. Araştırma ilişkisel karşılaştırmalı tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler, IBM SPSS 26 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları annenin toplumsal cinsiyet algısı ile olumlu duygu sosyalleştirme davranışları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca bu araştırma annenin toplumsal cinsiyet algısı ile çocuğun annesine bağlanması arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu da göstermektedir. Araştırma içindeki diğer önemli bulgu da annenin toplumsal cinsiyet algısı ile yaptığı doğum türü ve doğum öncesi cinsiyet beklentisi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğudur. Ancak yapılan bu çalışma sonucunda annenin duygu sosyalleştirme davranışı ile çocuğun annesine bağlanması arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı sonucuna da ulaşılmıştır. Sadece kaçınmalı bağlanma türü ile annenin duygu odaklı tepkilerinde zayıf bir ilişkiye rastlanılmıştır. Aynı zamanda annenin doğum öncesi cinsiyet beklentisi, çocuğun cinsiyeti ve doğum türü ile annenin olumlu duygu sosyalleştirme davranışının anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olmadığı da belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the gender perceptions of mothers with children aged 5 and 6, their emotional socialization behaviors towards their children, and the attachment style of children to their mothers. In line with this purpose, how gender perception affects mothers' prenatal gender expectation and choice of delivery method was also examined. For this purpose, a total of 139 girls and boys aged 5-6, and mothers of the same children participated in the research in pre-school education institutions in Bursa. The research was carried out in relational comparative screening model. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed with the IBM SPSS 26 program. Research findings show that there is a significant relationship between mother's perception of gender and positive emotion socialization behaviors. In addition, this research shows that there is a significant relationship between the mother's perception of gender and the child's attachment to his mother. Another important finding in the research is that there is a significant relationship between the mother's perception of gender and the type of birth she gave and the expectation of prenatal gender. However, as a result of this study, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between the emotional socialization behavior of the mother and the attachment of the child to the mother. Only a weak relationship was found between the avoidant attachment type and the mother's emotion-focused responses. At the same time, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between the expectation of the mother's prenatal gender, the sex of the child and the type of birth, and the positive emotion socialization behavior of the mother.
